Both queen bedrooms have ample room with their own bathrooms, TV’s, lots of closet space and balconies. the kitchen is complete with Bosch and Subzero appliances. Both bedrooms are up located on the second with access via twisting staircase. 3 UV light hepa filters for clean air.

When I checked in, the cleaning lady was leaving and asked ME to do the previous guests’ laundry… then my infant daughter wanted to crawl around after being cooped up in the car, within 5 minutes she looked like she was playing in a chimney, black stuff covering her from the dirty floors. Not only was the place filthy but the ac was terrible, you couldn’t even go upstairs without instantly sweating. We had to take our daughter to my parents so that she could stay cool and clean and not be miserable at this VRBO. The next morning we almost missed our flights so we were rushing out and didn’t do the piddly checkout list and they wanted to charge us an additional cleaning fee… Just bizarre since the place was never cleaned properly before. Highly recommend passing this place up.

All I can say is wow! My family and I had a wonderful stay at this location. It was beautiful, peaceful, and just what we needed to get away for the Pensacola Jazz Festival. Pictures don’t do this place justice, it was amazing! I love the fact that everything was in walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location!! Wow! So close to coffee, bars, restaurants, everything downtown! Beds were super comfortable!! Only con was the dog smell and hair but a little febreeze and we were good to go! Had a blast!

The property was perfect for our trip to Pensacola. We were within walking distance to everything downtown and a short drive over the bridge to the beach. The property itself was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items. The beds were comfortable, there was ample space, furniture and bathrooms. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The property managers were extremely helpful and quickly responded to our messages, they even let us know we were able to check in early, which was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone staying in Pensacola for your next trip!

This VRBO was the best property I have ever stayed at. It had everything you would want or need. I brought my own dish soap, laundry detergent, spices, extra toliet paper etc because that is what is normally required. This owner provided all of the above plus much more. The home was clean and beautiful. The owner was a wonderful host. The location was great, we walked every where which was nice as we had our 12 week old granddaughter. I would try to stay here anytime I needed a place in Pensacola.

We were close to everything downtown and were able to walk all weekend to our destinations. The property is very nicely maintained and the shower was wonderful! We had a quick question about the television and the owner responded immediately. We had a fantastic weekend and would definitely reccomend to others.

This was a great location. Easy walking to all downtown venues. Safe area. Property manager was easily available. No Problems with the home. It was great, high end appliances and furnishings.

This property was exactly what we needed for our long weekend. The place was immaculate. Perfectly clean. No dust bunnies or hair (pet or otherwise) was found in the place. The furnishings and amenities were just right for the place. Nice kitchen with plenty of utensils and equipment needed. More than enough towels. Wonderful place for attending any downtown events.

The location of this property was perfect. It was quiet but very close to shopping, food, drink. Our 2 Boston Terriers approved as there was plenty of green space and quiet streets for walks. The home was great! It’s nicely furnished and comfortable, with access to all you need to stay for a few days or longer! The host was easy to reach and thoughtful with their approach to welcoming their guests (I won’t ruin the surprise for you!) I would recommend this property to friends and family, for sure.
