Good value for money and nice place to stay

The communication was smooth, the place was as in the pictures. It has a walking distance to anywhere in the city

I liked the place

Excellent value, good location, great apartment.

The best value you can get for the price. The host is very kind and gave me many drinks to watch the football match. I highly recommend.

Poor experience

The buildings and rooms are pretty new. That's pretty much all that was good.

We booked last minute, but this is still not a reason for us to get an underprepared room (I worked in the hotel business myself). - No staff was available, communication was poor. We had to call the owner who didn't speak English, and sent one of his friends who didn't know anything about the hotel to show us to our room. (He was a very nice and friendly guy, no complaint about him :)) - The room we booked (Deluxe) wasn't available because of "water problems" so they downgraded us to a smaller room. This can happen in hospitality sometimes, we didn't complain, but it's still a negative thing to arrive on to. - See pictures: - In the room there was only a tiny bit of toilet paper prepared. - There was trash in the trash bin inside the bathroom, and also trash inside a vase in the bedroom. - One out of the two main lights inside the apartment didn't work. - The sockets were sticking out of the walls. - There were a bunch of misquitos and small flies inside the bathroom. - The floor of the shower was moldy and black. There is also construction a couple blocks away (2025 October) which will probably last for another couple months and it gets very noisy in the morning. Overall these are small things, but very key points between making guests satisfied or disgusted in their stay.

Great choice for an affordable downtown stay with a solid host! Highly recommend!

Great location, exceptional host, conveniently located, comfortable, fairly quiet and a solid choice for a downtown experience. The properties are a very short walking distance to downtown, local market, bakery, stores and restaurants. It was an affordable stay for our group, and we look forward to staying here again!

The 2 bed apartment would benefit from an AC unit, a kitchen trash can, and a way to lock the bathroom door.
