About this house rental
Home feels like a Zen Retreat nestled near the base of Thunder Mountain in W. Sedona. Spectacular views and walking distance to Trails! Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Soak in our 4-person Hot Tub after hiking! Fire up the Barbecue on the back porch or sip a cup of your favorite brew on the front deck in this extremely quite neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. This home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, vaulted ceiling, split floor plan, and washer/dryer. Perfect for couples or families. Sleeps up to 6! Renew yourself in this private home– a rare gem just below the stunning Thunder Mountain. After an adventurous day on the nearby trails, unwind in solitude & find rejuvenation at last! Enjoy the outdoor spaces in the front and back yard. There is a propane grill, a firepit, table and chairs and other outdoor seating. Relax and enjoy! We are in the heart of West Sedona and close to multiple trails, Oak Creek, restaurants and stores. The home offers beautiful views and both a front deck and back patio for guests to enjoy. Laundry room with washer/dryer is available for guests. However, please note that our cleaning people may access the laundry room from outside door to get supplies and possibly do laundry. We ask that you keep the interior laundry room door locked. We live in W. Sedona ourselves and will be available to guests as needed. Quiet neighborhood near trails and the Ambitha Stupa. Bike or ATV rentals nearby. Many wonderful restaurants and shopping within a few miles away. About 6 miles to Slide Rock State park, 4 miles to Red Rock Crossing, and only a couple miles to Devil's Bridge trail head. Sedona has Uber and Lift available for transportation. will be renting the main home on the property. Please note that there is also a small casita (2 guests max) on the property. There is privacy fencing that separates the properties. There are also two separate drives and a private entry for each rental. The space of the living room has a comfy full size futon for the smaller ones. Directions for the firepit are on the inside of the firepit door.

We loved walking to the trail heads.

Traveled to Phoenix for a concert and were lucky enough to spend a couple days in Sedona as well. The home is in a nice residential area close to the main village. The rooms were comfortable and plenty of supplies in the kitchen. The bbq and hot tub, fire table and patio were nice features as well and we enjoyed it all! Would have loved to stay longer and if we get back to Sedona will definitely book here again.

The property was perfect for our family of 5. It was located near a hiking trail, house was in a nice central location for everything we did, and we enjoyed the hot tub. This is a great option if you’re in Sedona.

The whole experience from check-in to check-out was wonderful. It was such a beautiful property. The view in the back yard is AMAZING!! The neighborhood was very quiet. There are lots of things to do in the area and some pretty great food!

our back yard had a beautiful huge red rock view,,, The house was very sweet and the owner went out of his way to help us ,,Sedona has such beautiful landscapes and this house is near the center but not in the traffic areas ..

My husband’s brother and sister I law were visiting from Germany and we wanted to share more of the beautiful USA with them. To us Sedona is breathtaking and worth sharing with family.
Stunning Views was the perfect place and location. We were close to hiking trails, Old town Sedona, grocery stores and a Catholic Church.
The house had a wonderful back yard with multiple seating areas and a table in front to enjoy our morning coffee in the sunshine.
The master bedroom as well as the bathroom were comfortable and very spacious.
The other two bedrooms were wonderful for our other family members.
We enjoyed a great time at Stunning Views.

This home is in a good location which is a plus. We had everything we needed.
You can see the hosts thoughtfully provided things you might need. Property is dated, and needs more lighting. Difficult to get to rear yard due to very high step down. Beds are good.
I would suggest removing any religious statues and paintings. My crew did not enjoy seeing them. The price is high for the quality of accommodation.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Spacious home, comfortable beds, great views from the rear patio and front patio. Quiet neighborhood. Close to walking and hiking trails, stores, amazing restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We got in late than we hoped, but first thing everybody did was play tetherball.... the video still brings tears to my eyes, so funny.
The place had everything we needed. Cotton sheets would have been preferred for the hot nights, but all in all ir was a great time

Our second stay at the raven house. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Great location and has everything you need. Next time we come to Sedona will be coming here again. Mike and Theresa are very responsive and even let us check in early.

The house and property were great! The neighborhood seemed a little run down, but it is safe and we felt safe. We biked right from the house to all the west Sedona trails, the bike path is right behind the house and it’s 2 miles from trailheads. The beds were comfy, there was a big tub in which we were able to watch a great movie on one night. The futon in the living room is not comfortable so don’t assume it will be a good sleeping spot. We didn’t use it for such, but we did put pillows on it so we could sit on it to do a puzzle. The rest of the house was great and the kitchen table was big enough for games and to have 8 people around the table for thanksgiving dinner. The property managers were helpful and responsive. Great stay overall!

House is comfortable and clean. Beds seem new and are very comfortable. There is a guest house in the back that may have folks sharing the same backyard space and laundry room. So be aware of that is it would make you uncomfortable. Otherwise great space. There are some good trails to hike within walking distance. Just leave the property from the back yard. Recommend hiking up Lower Chimney Trail peak at sunset.

Convenient to restaurants, shopping, hiking and other attractions and even a beautiful view from the backyard patio. Owner was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. The home was nicely decorated, super clean, beds very comfortable with soft linens, kitchen well equipped, and the Sony large screen TV was excellent for viewing.

We had a great time visiting Sedona and Raven House was perfect for our little family get-together! It was clean and spacious. Would stay here again if in town.

The experience was great and easy. There were no hiccups along the way. The owners were very reliable and had the house ready by the time we got there. They messaged us to make sure we had been able to get into the house. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely be back if I ever come back to Sedona! 🙂
