About this villa rental
Need some rest? You've come to the right place! Peace and quiet, sunshine, cicadas, a pool, and a cool house!
The house doesn't have air conditioning, but even better—it has cool floors that keep the inside comfortable day and night. The pool can be heated, though it’s not necessary since it’s in the sun all day.
The neighborhood is very quiet, with no houses directly across the street and no noisy neighbors. We’ll make sure our guests respect this too!
All amenities are available in the village.
The house also has a gym available for use.
There are two single bedrooms upstairs that can be converted into double beds since they have pull-out beds. There are also two other bedrooms with single beds that remain as single beds. The master suite is downstairs with a separate bathroom and toilet. The maximum capacity is therefore 8 guests, with a maximum of 2 families for comfortable accommodations.
