About this apartment rental
We invite you to discover our pleasant 60 m2 apartment, located in Les Arcs 1800, Charmettoger sector, Mirantin 2 residence.
In the heart of the Paradiski area, you will be ideally located in the Arcs 1800 resort, in the very 1st line for a real departure and return on skis, 50 meters from the new Transarc gondola, ideal for quick access to the entire area.
You can also enjoy the proximity to the aquatic area (summer/winter), bowling, ski passes, the inter-resort shuttle, activities and the main shops of the resort.
For children/adult ski lessons, the ESI (Arcs Aventure) departure is located 50 meters at the foot of the Transarc. The ESF departure is 100 meters away.
For the summer, mountain bike trails, access to the golf course or many hiking trails are also located here.
The duplex apartment is composed upstairs of 2 closed bedrooms each with a double bed and 2 sleeping areas (1 sleeping area with a double bed and 1 sleeping area with 3 single beds).
It comfortably accommodates you for 8/9 people.
On the first floor, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
Ideal for 2 or 3 families or with friends, each with separate bedrooms, toilets and bathrooms.
The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped (microwave, oven, dishwasher, hob...).
The living room with sofa, TV and Wifi allows you to meet up after a busy day.
The apartment also includes a washing machine, dryer and plenty of storage.
The large terrace offers an unobstructed view of the resort and Mont Blanc. It allows you to have lunch outside in summer or to enjoy the view of the slopes in winter.
A double locked ski room is on the first floor, just below the apartment.
Cleaning is already included in the rental price.

Excellent ski-in / ski-out access to this apartment made it very easy for us to enjoy our days on the slopes. Fredric the host was very helpful indeed when we were delayed arriving and kept in touch all week.

Excellent communication for every aspect of our stay. Great location by Transarc lift. The description of the apartment could have been clearer about the bedrooms being up steep stairs and not really separate. The ceilings are very low for tall adults and stairs steep for older people.
