Brookline is a very walkable community; and walking the streets is perhaps the best way to discover all the Town has to offer. ? Easy Access Green Line Railway ?Guests can walk or drive to the longwood medical and academic area. The top universities such as Boston University Fenway Campus, Northeastern University, Simmons College, and MCPHS are explorable. The area has a walkable score of 94 and transit score of 75 for good reason. Paying for food delivery will feel like a waste in this location. A 3-minute walk to bus 65 and 66. Also have access to bus 60 A 5-7 minute walk to highly rated restaurants, bars and shops. Italian, Traditional, Thai, Japanese, Vegan, and so much more! A 10 minute walk to Brookline Hills, a newly renovated Green Line train stop, that traverses all of Brookline and Boston. Other train stops within 15 minutes include Riverway, Back of the Hill, and Heath St. There are no reserved parking for guests. However, street parking is free between the hours of 8 am to 8 pm. After 8 pm, you must park in the overnight designated parking for a $10 fee. • Property Located on Route 9 (on freeway): There is a potential for noise. We were visiting with family to attend a reunion at Boston College, and this house was perfect in terms of size and location. We really appreciated the detailed information from owner as well. We had dinner both nights at the house, and it was very comfortable for a group of 8!

This rental property was perfect for our group. It was in nice condition, and it was located in a very nice community. There are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance, and you're also a short walk from the train. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall positive - terrific location, lots of beds and sleeping options. 2 bathrooms is the limiting factor on how many can stay in this unit. Stairs are quite steep so good to know that ahead of time. Space is clean and nice - but lacks charm. Needs a few lamps and a comfortable reading chair. Sofa and chair are modern but not good for sitting and reading or watching TV. Host was lovely - very hospital and responsive. Offers earplugs under the sink for street noise. Nice to have washer/dryer and detergent.

We were in town for Reunion weekend. We had small kids in tow (3 kids under 10). The location was convenient, quiet and the home was quite spacious. Great amenities for a family- including bunk beds, washer/ dryer and a handful of board games. Easy to Uber around Boston. Thankful for the guidance in advance regarding parking as that was a challenge and unit was hard to find for food delivery etc. Stairs up and down to get to front door- be prepared if traveling with someone that has mobility issues or a stroller. Communication with our host was quick and seamless. Made a few suggestions post stay that will help the next visiting family. Host happily took feedback. Would return to this rental. Thank you!

We were in town for a conference in Boston and opted to stay in this wonderful home instead of booking a bunch of hotel rooms. We are so glad that we did! There was plenty of space for all of us and the living room was cozy. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, etc, and the beds were comfortable. It was also great having a laundry room. We thought the home was going to be on a quieter street near Emerson Garden, but it was right on busy route 9. Parking was tricky but the host gave great instructions on where to park. We were close to great restaurants and the T rail line, too. Thank you for a great stay!

Loved staying here with family as we visited my daughter at BU - quick drive to school as well as shops/restaurants we could walk to in Brookline. The rental was lovely, just as pictured and very comfortable. The only thing to consider if you stay here are that there are two flights of stairs into the rental so definitely not for people with limited mobility. Thank you for a great stay!!

I stayed here for the weekend with friends and we had a blast! The multiple rooms was great so everyone had their own bed and their own room! The living room/kitchen sitting area was great place to socialize and be with everyone all at once. Ulrich was an amazing host and responded to questions in a timely manner. If I ever need to go back to Boston I would book this place again!

This property was great for our weekend trip to Brookline. We only had 5 people, but the house could have 3 or 4 more. It was very clean and nicely furnished. We especially appreciated the electric blankets! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the condo. Having the K-cup coffee maker was great and we were so close to the main part of Brookline with many shops and restaurants. We are 4 friends from high school and enjoyed spacing out. Beds were very comfortable and light. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a convenient place for us for our weekend in Boston. Host was easy to communicate with, space was very clean and exactly as listed. Just the right amount of room for 6 travelers. Only inconvenience is the parking, but made it work! Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the property. Host was very welcoming. Enjoyed the wine and platter. Was able to park along the street right out in front which was very convenient. Lots of stairs inside which was the only sort of hassle for the children. Convenient location! We had everything really close by. Host accommodated a very early check-in as some of us were there super early !
