Dissatisfied

We stayed for 6 nights, from September 12 to September 17, and unfortunately, our overall experience was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. During our 6-night stay, the bed sheets were changed only once. When we realized they were not being changed, we specifically asked for them to be changed on the sixth night. Towels were changed every two days, although this was not mentioned when we made the reservation. The rooms were generally not clean, and the bathroom and toilet were not cleaned at all during our stay. There was not even hand soap in the room; we had to ask for it, and they provided it afterward. Overall, the cleaning service was far below what we expected. We only had breakfast twice. The selection was very limited and, overall, the food was not particularly good. Also, while having breakfast on the terrace, we moved our table just two steps away into a shaded area because of the strong sun. Shortly afterward, we were asked to put the table back in its original place once we had finished eating. We honestly could not understand this approach, especially since we had only moved the table a very short distance, and we found it quite unusual from a hospitality perspective. The free parking is a positive point. However, the parking area is quite far from the property, and you have to climb approximately 129 steps to reach the hotel. If you do not want to climb that many stairs every day, the free parking was not particularly convenient for us. We would also like to thank Milica for her communication. She responded quickly and was helpful whenever we contacted her. Unfortunately, however, there was little she could do to resolve the issues we experienced, as they seemed to be related to the property’s overall approach to service rather than communication. Overall, we felt that we were simply renting a room rather than receiving hotel service.
