Nestled in Sedona, this charming house for $201 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Located in the heart of West Sedona in a quiet yet family friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, a wine tasting room, movie theater and multiple hiking and biking trail heads. Our clean and welcoming single story home offers an open layout with a split floor-plan 2 bed/2ba plus a sunroom (daybed) making it ideal for couples or families. The home is filled with natural light, the kitchen has new appliances and is equipped with all the comforts of home. We have the fastest WiFi Sedona has to offer, a full load washer & dryer and a new central AZ unit for the warmer days. The backyard and patio are filled with mature and luscious trees and grass. The space is great for stargazing or afternoon BBQ's. On the property there is a detached casita that has a separate parking spot, separate entrance and a fence to insure the home and casita each have their own designated spaces and privacy. We live down the street and are here to assist with any questions that may come up during your stay.

The house had a bedroom at each end and the kitchen, dining room and TV room separating them. This was an ideal set-up for us. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The kitchen was equipped with every tool and knife and pot and pan that our own kitchen at home has. We ate most of our meals at home and were pleased with the setup. The yard was very pleasant and our dogs enjoyed the security of the enclosed space that still provided them with lots of room to be frisky. We had a very enjoyable time and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sedona.

After staying in numerous hotel rooms and living out of suitcases for 10 days, it was wonderful to relax at this lovely home in Sedona. The house is well located, quiet and well away from the busy tourist area of Sedona. The property is well equipped, spotlessly clean and has very comfortable furniture - especially the sofa and master bed. Our host (Katie) had a perfect blend of attentiveness while at the same time respecting our need to relax. We could have easily have enjoyed a few more days here. My wife and I are hikers and Sedona is perfect location to experience dozens of trails.

My husband and I decided to visit Sedona just to get away for a break. We are so glad we did! This house in West Sedona is just lovely. Just a pictured. It's a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that is ridiculously close to do many things - trailheads, grocery store, a ton of restaurants, the movie theater,v and uptown. In addition, Sedona is only 2 hours from the Grand Canyon so doing a day trip was no problem. Katie & Stephen we're way to communicate with.... Very responsive to my questions. ☺️. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a nice trip with our Daughter, son-in-law and their Corgi puppy. This property is first class all the way, we couldn’t have been happier. The location is great, everything you need is right around the corner. Would stay here again for sure. Highly recommend this property!

The pictures of the home listed on VRBO to not do the property justice, the home is more spectacular and larger in person. The home has a wonderful layout that was ideal for relaxing and unwinding. It is in a quiet neighborhood which was ideal for enjoying the serenity of Sedona. The home was very comfortable, clean, cozy and provided the ideal location to access the wonders of Sedona. The home was literally located minutes away from wonderful restaurants, shops, and the amazing hiking trails. The wonderful kitchen and outdoor grill also provided us with the opportunity to create meals on those nights we wanted to stay home and relax. We also travelled with our small dog and owners went above and beyond to make sure even our little pup was welcome. The owners provided a roomy kennel, dog bed, and food & water bowls. The fenced in yard was also fantastic and we never worried about our little pup escaping. I would happily stay at this home again the next time I am in Sedona.

Katie was the perfect hostess! This place is a true gem! Located very close to everything yet allowed you your privacy and was very peaceful! The property is charming with a private backyard to enjoy the cooler evenings. Lovely quiet neighborhood! Very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room with 2 bedrooms and an additional room for hanging out besides the living area and dining room. Katie responded quickly to all my questions. Would highly recommend this property and definitely plan on a return trip! Thanks again Katie!

We loved staying the property. Very well kept, clean, nice BBQ in back, and stocked kitchen with utensils, etc. It was just my wife and I, but the way the home has bedrooms on either side of the house makes it great for multiple couples or families. Great place and hosts, highly recommend and will stay again.
