The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is well worth the $18. The chickens are all very respectful of your space. The amenities are somewhat lacking though, having to pay additional fees for parking seems a bit much. Issues with the elevator and ice machines. Information about when the pool bar is open is inconsistent across online platforms and signage posted in the lobby. Bathroom floor needed a bit more attention to detail when cleaned. But overall very happy with the stay, level of comfort and the staff. Would stay again.

Everything went smoothly. Check in was easy, and the pool area was nice. The bar staff by the pool were attentive, and made good drinks. The room was clean, and the shuttle service was a nice perk as well as it saved multiple Uber trips to old town. I would stay here again the next time I am in town.

they do not change the towels daily, were there 3 nights, they did once. they charge $15 daily for self parking privilege. They charge $25/day "resort fee". We did not use the pool or anything because we went fishing. We were not told previous to signing up about these charges

The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean and well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. We ate breakfast in the hotel and the buffet included juices, cereals, eggs, fresh fruits, pastries and bread, oatmeal and other hot dishes. It was a good value and good variety. We applied our $15 credit to breakfast. The hotel charges a daily resort fee, but you can apply $15 daily credit to food/beverages/etc within the hotel. We used the free shuttle to get back and forth from the hotel and downtown area, it runs all day long. There’s a Starbucks within short walk from hotel. The pool and pool bar looked nice too! I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location, easy access, friendly check in and out, easy parking on premises, comfortable beds, large and spacious bathroom, nice balcony. Recommend for a short stay in the area.

We were told cleaning is done only on the third day. Rooms stayed dirty. AC can only blow high, so you are either frozen or sweating. Very uncomfortable. "25 resort fee" to use a motel style pool. They dont give full bill but one for every night. It is up to you to add up all charges, overcharges, state, county, local, special taxes. Greed unbound.

The lobby and restaurant and bar area we’re all very nice but appear to be built after hotel rooms. The rooms look like super eight or Motel six rooms. Rooms were very small and old. Would not stay here again

It has no access to the sea, the room is expensive, noisy You have to pay for hotel bicycles, that is, a poor service, a hotel with little charm, expensive and without amenities.

The only concern was the smokers outside next room,smoke travels move them away from bldg out to curb.we paid for non smokeing room.we also had to listen on several ocasion to group conversations on there cell phones.noise travels like smoke .

Asked for a first floor room, was told they were all sold out, it was very obvious that there many rooms available on the first floor. Not sure why they were not honest, gives me pause to trust this hotel!

Price was ok compared to other properties closer to town. A lot of additional fees. It is now close to town but they do have a shuttle bus. The place was clean but dated. reception very friendly but should explain billing. We arrived home and found an additional $100 on credit card. I had to call to find out what it was. Would have been easy to explain when we checked in.

There was the price of the hotel, we checked in, paid the bill, checked out & there was an added $45. They give no reason. There was an extra $15.00 charge we got taken off because there was no reason. The bartender at the pool pocketed $15.00 cash for 1 shot of tequilla, breakfast is $22 & IT IS CRAP! FIND ANOTHER HOTEL BESIDES THIS ONE!

We didn't get our room cleaned our entire stay even after calling and requesting for our room to be cleaned nobody came to clean. One afternoon we were changing from the beach and I heard someone trying to get in our room and I opened the door and 2 older men with suitcases were given cards to our room, the just checked in and their paperwork had our room # on it.
