Reliable airport shuttle, though phone system needs work. Very pleasant and professional check-in and check-out. Gorgeous room, comfortable bed. Bar/restaurant shockingly expensive, but they have you over a barrel if you need to stay at the airport and the food is very good and staff again lovely. I had a gruelling journey home due to cancellations and delays - the Sheraton was a pleasure smack dab in the middle of it. Thank you.
