All good. Pillows could have been firmer. I would have liked a foot stool but that was just me and tired legs. Bar was a plus. Food choices could be improved.

Great hotel. Everyone friendly. We took a gamble in the hotel restaurant and it was FABULOUS we had a really good meal. That was great because we were too tired to go find a place. Super convenient. Likely under utilized but it was a great experience. Breakfast also fabulous but we paid for it. It was worth it. Room needed a better vacuuming there was a chip behind the door. Otherwise. Would definitely stay again. Pillows a little squishy.

Older hotel room. Tv didn't work and had to be replaced. Old style coffee maker. Bathroom fixtures need replacing. Good location, inexpensive, nice service at front seat and with engineer who replaced TV

Front desk was extremely rude, snacks were told they were “free” up to 15$ and STILL charged me. I don’t normally have bad experiences at Hiltons, this is the first one. Waltham Hilton garden in, front desk woman on Saturday is horrible

I acknowledge that my room was next to the elevator. That said, it was hard to sleep with the noise of other guest slamming door sounds frequently. There was also a lound humming sound in the hotel room not related to the AC. If you have difficulty sleeping in loud environments this problably won't be the best place.

Very clean, the halls smelled like a hospital it was so clean (which was almost too much) but I’d take that over not being clean. Great area to stay for a local concert. Felt safe.

This was one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. I asked to be moved i asked for compensation, nothing offered. I will not book with them again.

I had a great 2 night stay. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was great, very comfortable and relaxing.

Nice place. Spotlessly clean, front desk staff were top-notch as was the breakfast server. Ordered breakfast (rather than buffet) and it was excellent. Room and bathroom were very clean. Beds medium firmness. Fitness facility was fine as well. Plenty of parking.

We had a very smooth check in and check out process and the staff were very understanding and caring! We loved that the fitness center was available all day/night and our stay was very cozy. Would consider staying here again!
