Pleasantly surprised - haven't visited Emeryville for about 10 years. Stayed here to attend Giants game. Easy freeway access but no freeway noise. Walking distance to food. Clean, quiet, comfortable room - even had king size pillows. Nice product (no lotion).

We stayed here for the 2nd time. We noticed a few issue with our 7th floor room. The floor vinyl was detached and the floor feels sticky at a few places. I think it was the adhesive? The A/C was very loud and when it shut off, it gave out a strange sound that sounded like a cat meowing. It is very unnerving hearing it in the middle of the night. The show door was creaking when I opened it. Closing it was fine. I stayed at room 709

While rooms little small comfortable clean and quiet. With 2 kids double beds and accommodation of roll out bed was perfect. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Bartender as well.

I was very disappointed that the restaurant and bar was closed last night. That was one reason I chose the hotel.

Hotel was excellent, I had friends coming from out of town whose flight was scheduled to arrive at 11:30 am at Oakland airport so I requested an early check in at 1 pm. We got to the hotel at 12:35 pm and I was checked in right away, we really appreciated that. The room was very clean with a small fridge and a microwave which was perfect since we were planning to get some take out food and eat it in the room. Over all, the stay was a very good experience and when my friends come back to visit me again I will book a room at the same hotel.

Paid for a deluxe king suite with a balcony and sofa. Was put in a regular King room. When I called the desk they switched me to the right room but it was next to the maintenance room. There was grinding banging of tools and Loud talking starting at 8:30 at night up until about 11:00. I told them to keep it down because my daughter was sleeping and they ignored me. I sent a message to the front desk through Expedia and was ignored. Finally was able to get a refund through expedia. Definitely not a good move to put your Deluxe rooms next to a maintenance closet. I'm not the type to complain about anything but this was pretty disrespectful. Also power outlets that were disconnected from the wall unsafe. Room service was not available at 7:00 p.m. even though the stated hours were 5 to 10. I've stayed in Motel 6 that had better service. A woman at the front desk upon arrival we're very very nice and good to us. I will give them that credit. But the maintenance people and the ones on desk at night and this morning not so much

The free and easy parking in an otherwise congested shopping area was quite welcome.
The split bathroom in the accommodation was strange and inconvenient.

Great place for a "staycation." It is close to Trader Joe's, movie theater, Starbucks, B&N, and shopping. Also, parking is free!

The property was clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a bit expensive and the surrounding area appears to be not very safe. We were suggested not to leave any belongings in the car at any time.

Good location and there are several shopping center and food courts nearby in walking distance

The AC don’t work , the guy at the front desk lied twice saying they were full but the parking lot did not have anyone there , the place is super dirty , nothing is maintained. Super sketchy people in and out all night and wondering the halls. The water was brown when we turned on the faucet for about 5 minutes , the water drips all the time so the sink and bath tubs were stained brown bad from constant leaking. When we asked for a different room because of the AC not working he said said just open the window and being in a super hot area it’s still hot and humid and he brought us a small fan , that didn’t really even help anything and was not helpful at al or even try and help us get a different room. I would never stay here and probably not the same establishment ever again. I would not bring kids here with all the sketchy people and dirty rooms, felt like a less concealed prison.

We attended a baseball game and wanted a hotel that didn’t charge for parking or have high resort fees. This hotel was really good. Free onsite parking, option to purchase breakfast but we just went to Black Bear Diner which is next to hotel (Denny’s is also close). We had a king room on 6th floor and it was really nice. You do hear the train close by but I only heard it once throughout the night. There was one free water waiting in the room, the sink is separate from the toilet and shower which I really like. It had an armoire for storage, a chair, nice curtains that block the light and I liked the wood looking floors as well. Would definitely stay there again.

I especially like the location near Bay Street and Emeryville shopping. The front desk person was especially helpful. I'm glad they are offering evening meals weekdays at the bar or for take-out. The parking is wonderful.

Stayed 5 days. On the fifth day, housekeeping didn't bother doing much and left room half cleaned, without towels in the bathroom and even left a yellow cleaning towel on the table. Didn't even bother refilling the body wash bottle. Very disappointing.
