Clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Great location with plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was mediocre at best. We stayed two nights and the second morning there was no hot breakfast at all. The selection of breakfast items were slim and needed to be restocked. No fruit. Everything else was good. We will stay again on our next trip but do breakfast elsewhere.

I’ve stayed at this hotel approximately 18 months ago. At that time I was pleased with the property.
However this time was not as good. The room had a musky smell when I first got to my room. Pillow cases appeared that the had not been changed after the last person checked out. I just hoped the sheets had been changed.
On the wall where the headboard is located there was something on the wall that had been wiped at, not completely clean and still visible.
The next morning after taking my shower I walked to the bed to put my socks on and the bottom of my feet were dirty.
I was only staying one night, if I had been staying 2 night I would have asked for a refund or another room.
For a room at $151.00. (+) for one night I expected more. Probably will look elsewhere if I’m in the Knoxville area.
Ps $4.50 for a Diet Coke, seriously

Bed was terrible, room was clean but needed some updates. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Staff at front desk was friendly and accommodating when room was not ready in arrival. Would probably look elsewhere next time we are in Knoxville...

Great place! Clean, super affordable, walking distance to restaurants. A couple of things that stood out: 1. The room doors automatically close, but they don’t weigh two tons. 2. The fridge in the room worked properly (this may sound like a given, but in my experience, it’s a 50/50 prospect you’ll lose whatever you put in there at other places). 3. Good sized coffee cups!!!! You know what I’m talking about here. I don’t travel with a liter mug everywhere I go, and having coffee cups that are more than glorified shot glasses is very much appreciated.

the hotel needs some repair. the carpeting leading upstairs is tattered and worn. in our room the sink was cracked in numerous spots. the plating covering the shower to the wall was horrible. it looked like rust and dead bugs on it. the toilet paper holder was old and discolored, as if the metal was stripped of its original plating.
the people were nice and complimentary. everyone was polite.

Very comfortable, nice staff, room was in excellent condition, breakfast was delightful and the attendant was very charming and helpful. This facility was convenient to shopping and easy access to major thoroughfares and good restaurants nearby, two in walking distance. One of the nicest facilities we have stayed at.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, easy check in and check out. Room was clean and nice, with small refrig and microwave in it. Bed mattresses are on the firm side, but it was fine. The breakfast area is pretty open and it is easy to move around with out hassling other people. It also is pretty good breakfast. Overall, I would stay there again.

This is a dated property that has been renovated. The renovation covers most of the basics. There are some aspects that were overlooked such as bathroom fittings and some walls and doors. Generally good, but don’t expect 4 star accommodation.

We actually stayed here twice, a week apart, on a road trip to and from a family gathering Our room was very clean; comfortable; roomy; good internet and TV reception! Breakfast area very nice and hotel very close to shopping areas, restaurants and more.

Great value for money hotel, a little old fashioned, but clean and comfortable - although the bed was a little firm for me. breakfast was disappointing, strange system for serving and the items we had were cold, poor choice of non cooked items- either that or things were simply allowed to run out and not replaced.

Hotel was clean, staff very friendly. Breakfast was OK, had better, had worse. $40 per pet (we had 2) was steep. Very easy to get to and lots of quality options around for dinner. Fridge was larger than most.

The bath area needed some major work! The 3 hinges were totally rusted & every wall needed some paint or wallpaper repairs. The casing around the same door with the badly rusted hinges had been repaired way tooften & just needed replacing. The phone in our room was also dead. Room # was 117. Everything else was very nice,

It was a nice stay for the price. The only reason why I didn’t give a 5 star rating is due to the beds being a bit too firm. And also because the morning after our stay we were checking under the beds to insure we weren’t leaving any of our belongings and we found a used towel. All of our towels were left in the bathroom, which means it was from the guest prior to our stay!

We stayed here in the past,but this time it smelled dirty. When the microwave is used it makes the tv shut off,obviously a wiring problem. Paint was falling from the ceiling and landing on the desk. Extension cord was used as a double plug. Won't be staying there again

Yes the Baymont good use some updating here & there, but I have never stayed somewhere that the employees actually liked their jobs like I experienced here! EVERY single employee I encountered from check-in, breakfast, & housekeeping were smiling, laughing ACTUALLY ENJOYING being at work!! They made my ho-hum trip that much more enjoyable !!
And not to forget, the beds are comfy too!

The staff was very nice and efficient, the hotel itself however was very disappointing. Outdated in all areas and stale smelling. The room appeared clean but needs a total makeover. Not a place I would stay again or recommend.

Needed a accessible room for husband.
Everything for wheelchair accessibility except bathroom. Why would hotels have a bathtub in these rooms. It’s not the first time, it makes no sense.

We stayed in a pet friendly room. The hallway unfortunately had several large urine stains from guest pets. The hallway condition was poor and definitely needed cleaning. The room itself was in good condition.

For a one night crash while on a very long road trip, this was perfect. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Standard (hot) breakfast. The only thing that was different, kind of awkward, was they had a hotel maid getting your food for you instead of you getting your food yourself at breakfast. It was like placing an order at a fastfood joint. It was fine except when like practically everyone in the entire hotel all showed up at the same time to get breakfast and it created a line. But, fortunately I got there right as the line was beginning to form. So I didn't have to wait in line. So, like I said, very different than any other hotel I've been in but the food was good and the service was fast (just not fast enough for practically everyone showing up at the same time).

We were driving in from New Mexico to Knoxville staying in the baymont. Our stay was for 4 days and at check in we were asked if we wanted to have cleaning crew, come in the following day and I opted no, but I told them definitely Sunday and Monday and on Sunday no one showed up. So I had to call 3 separate times to complain. And they finally showed up, and the cleaning crew seemed to Be irritated by my request. Our entire 4 days stay, they did not change our sheets once. The only good thing was the concierge in the morning gave us a discount on the overall bill for our dissatisfaction.

This hotel had a broken dresser where sharp shards of wood were sticking out easily cutting someone. The shower leaked and was dripping when we walked into the room. Overall not a place we would recommend
