Nice and quiet.
Breakfast buffet was not open. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Great break while in Auckland. Room was spacious and comfortable. Only issue was no hot water on the morning of check out but staff acknowledge this and remedied it.
Casino was great for drinks and food. Staff very attentive and helpful.

The room seems to be clean, but there were a mini brick of milk in the fridge, and an empty used soda bottle under the sofa, nothing to serious but a bit worrying. The bathroom, bed and the rest of the room was very clean and tidy. The experience is a bit impersonal, as you do the check-in/out with a kiosk and no interaction with a person, call me classic, but it felt strange to me.
Apart from that, it is a great stay, very big room, nice place a very near of everything. Port is about 11minutes, queen street with a lot of cheap food options is 15min on the other direction, bus stops to go to the zoo near too.
The people at the front desk were very helpful and nice.
