A wonderful hotel in a fabulous location. Spacious room with a kitchen and also surprised to find breakfast included. There was a small gym which was what we wanted. The staff were friendly. Definitely would stay here again

Weekend trip to Montreal and chose this hotel due to proximity to Peel station and surrounding areas to sightsee. I'm glad I stayed here as the staff is very friendly and the room (single king bed) is spacious with great amenities fully stocked kitchen to my surprise. There's also a sofa bed so a family of 3 people can easily sleep in one room. The bathroom has great shower pressure with an adjustable handheld shower head. Breakfast is filling- scrambled eggs, beans, veggie patty, mini muffins and pastry bread, cereal, oatmeal, english muffin, bagels, waffles, coffee and juice. Overall, I loved staying here and would definitely book it again on a future Montreal trip. Thank you!

We got our stay upgraded without being asked which was great! Boosted up to the 23rd floor along with a complete suite. Staff were super friendly and helpful- walked us through every step along with confirming our payments.
Only staying with Marriott from now on.

The hotel itself was very old. Was hoping that it will at least keep Marriott standard but unfortunately it didnt.

Beautiful hotel, the breakfast was convenient with great options. It is located downtown,’walking distance to many restaurants but it is also nice and quiet while trying to sleep.

The bed was old and uncomfortable and there was a loud mechanical sound from their roof ventilation that was really unbearable. Not what I expect from Marriot, we will not stay here again.

Solid stay. Friday - Sunday. Arrived late Friday and they were able to provide parking just around the corner. Room was clean. Staff always smiled. No issues.

The hotel is conveniently located and staff was great. Unfortunately, only one out of three small capacity elevators was working, making for long waiting times up to 10 minutes to go up or down. Other than this, highly reccommended for family groups

Room initially offered to us had a continuous loud noise which would interfere with being able to sleep. We notified the desk and as we were earlier than the normal checkin they allowed us access to the original room until a new room was cleaned and available. We were given a new room in about 20 minutes. Excellent service

It's a very nice place if you don't want to be a be to read in bed and like a gloomy room. Staff was outstanding but elevators are small and 1 wasn't working at all although management claimed it was being replaced, so traveling between floors took a long time because of the wait for an elevator to show up. Benches by the elevater would be nice for us old folds

On a positive note, the room was super clean, which is the most important thing. That said, the washroom was very small ans not well laid out. I would have sacrificed the kitchen for a bit more washroom space. As others have noted, the elevator renos made getting a timely ride rather challenging. The breakfast was ordinary at best (being in Montreal, it would have been nice to have Montreal bagels instead of the bland supermarket type). Overall, it's a perfectly adequate hotel, nothing special, nothing horrific but compared to other Marriott Residence Inns I've stayed at, this one doesn't quite rank as high.

Booked a king size bed and got doubles. Crazy long waits for the elevator at all times. Very long lineup for the breakfast buffet. Quite unpleasant. Won’t return.

The elevator service was terrible on a 24 floor building with at least one appearing to be out of service. We did witness something heartwarming at breakfast. One of the staff went out of his way on several occasions to assist elderly and/or mobility challenged guests with getting their food and beverages. Front desk staff was also helpful in directing us to public transportation during Uber surge pricing. Would have been a perfect stay less the elevator issues.

Everything was just perfect in every way from the amenities in the room to the very complete breakfast. Location was terrific. Staff was very helpful in familiarizing you with the area. Would highly recommend this hotel.
