The stay was amazing! Made a great night for a 21st birthday. The hotel left a cute little birthday cake in room for birthday girl!

Good location by waterfront and walking distance to shopping and restaurants in CBD. Not too far from airport. Good sized rooms, hotel bar open late, pleasant staff.

We stayed at the same hotel 3 weeks prior. This time there was no champagne on arrival and no room with a view.
The bar wasn’t open so I’m presuming things are different on the weekend. It also cost us a lot more this time around.

Check in long and tedious.
Paid extra for a newly refurbished room and was allocated an older room.
Hotel is old and weathered. Hopefully they’ll renovate all soon.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is ridiculous to charge AUD65 for valet parking for one night.
Property is dated and carpets in the room needs an update or a deep clean.
Staff were excellent, reception concierge, F&B and Maintenance.

No hot water in the morning. Could not wash hair prior to 5 hour flight home.

Nice enough, but a budget hotel charging high prices. Original room was dingy and dusty and we upgraded. Next room still dingy and dusty but club features great. Check in staff exceptional.

Great hotel in a good location, nice size bathroom, heated towel rail and filtered tap water a plus. Decent view even from city side. Friendly attentive staff. Pool was a little disappointing for a hotel of this size you’d expect it to be bigger. Overall very happy and would stay again.

Everything was good about the stay besides the fact they have gone cashless. I find it very inconvenient as I normally only use cash.

room service was thru an app that didn't work for ordering room service and when phoned to place an order was greeted by friendly front end service then transferred to kitchen that disconnected and unable to get room service.

The room was recently refurbished, very comfortable and clean. We were on a high level so very little traffic noise, but could hear other guests noise too easily through the walls. Beautiful big bathroom with great fixtures but water was inconsistent, didn't heat up till about 0900 one morning. Good hairdryer.

The cleanliness of the room, the whole building, the friendliness and helpfulness of the Staff. The walking distance to PERTH CBD is great I enjoyed the decorations in the foyer and the restaurant! Will certainly like to recommend Duxton Hotel to friends!
