I’ve stayed here twice now and have not been disappointed either time. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to many venues and the valet service is always exceptional. I will always choose this hotel to stay downtown.

Amazing location - Less than 2- blocks from Broadway. Valet parking was convenient, Starbucks in lobby, comfortable room.

Excellent location for walking sites of interest. Restaurant onsite was expensive but good. The only thing I would of preferred would be to have the bathroom sink with the toilet and shower, due to the light (not waking spouse) in the morning.

We stayed here for a concert date. We reserved and paid for a king suite room but they stuck us in a double bed room due to "renovations". When we asked for a discount for being downgraded, they told us that was not possible because we were actually being "upgraded". BS. Dont stay here until you want to sleep on a child sized bed.

Proximity to downtown is excellent. Renovations were noisy in other rooms. Not exceptionally clean.

We had a wonderful time! The room was spacious and spotless. Very pleased with the overall stay. Everyone was very kind and helpful as well!

Even the cheapest hotels have a microwave in each room, this was very inconvenient and no refrigerator either, Parking expensive and inconvenient valet.

The hotel is nice and staff very friendly. I called and asked for a crib and they brought one right away. I thought that was awesome! It is close to everything and a lot of options, with a Starbucks!! The only thing for me that I didn’t like was I got the room with the two double beds and they were small. Did it sleep too good but other than that it was great.

A very coinvent located Hotel. The room were clean. The atmosphere was great. The restaurant has great food. Great staff and concerning too. The tornado sirens went off 12/9. They allowed people off the streets to stay in the lobby until the danger was done.

Although well located, this is a tired property in need of upgrades to Marriott standards. Our original room was not available, so the one we got faced the noisy street where a loud concert took place until midnight the night of arrival. The room was weird in the it had an enormous bathroom but only 1ft wide for hanging clothes.

Property doing construction on the bathroom directly above our room. Work with a jack hammer began at approximately 8 am and continues until around 3.

Easy and quick walk to Broadway but don’t have the noise that goes with Broadway. Staff was very nice and room was comfy. Attached restaurant Gannons was excellent. Recommend both.

Gannons was great, cool dining space. Oysters were great, but not at 3 for happy hour. Ready at 4pm. Kitchen not ready until 4 but ad said 3. Room good but ac and toilet super loud. Lol. It helped to drown out the 3am partiers on street. Close to post alley and tons of bars and shop. Not the best Starbucks with no online ordering and very slow, low quality drinks. Staff terrific!!!!!

Don’t let the lobby fool you. Not worth the money. The bathroom was dirty, especially the floor. You could feel the grime under your feet. My shower at home is better. Terrible views out our window. Iron didn’t work…etc etc etc. I can honestly say the most mediocre experience of any courtyard I’ve visited.

I was okay with everything until i saw I was charged for valet parking and I didn't have a car. So now I am going to have to dispute these charges. I have LYFT receipts which I only used to and from the airport. Very upsetting

Air didn’t work in our room, asked once if they could fix it and said they would. Nothing was done about it once we get back ask again and nothing was done again. 350 bucks a night and no A/C ..

Great location but the AC units on the 10th floor struggled during our stay. The room never got below 79 degrees. We just laid in bed sweating most of the night.
