The hotel was quite dirty and the insulation between the rooms was not great - we could hear the conversations and music in the room next to ours. The staff were kind, but the quality of the hotel/infrastructure is lacking.

The check-in staff was cordial but not the most experienced/professional.
The room was comfortable but not very well insulated, you can hear noise and yelling from the corridor and from the street. Amenities were great, towels/bath robe not soft at all.

This is one of our favorite hotels in MTL! The view from the room is absolutely exceptional. It is well worth the extra cost. The dining options at the Doubletree are superb, and it attaches to a wonderful mall.

This was our first trip to Montreal from the states and it was a perfect experience. We are a family of four with two young children. The staff was welcoming and made up for a delay in the room being ready. The facility was beautiful and well maintained. We opted for the daily breakfast which was in a lovely dining room and had great options for young kids. The in-hotel restaurant was OK and did not have a lot of options, but it was a nice space. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. The valet staff were so accommodating and kind. We will absolutely return and hope to stay at this DoubleTree again.

This DoubleTree was an excellent decision for our Christmas holiday stay. The location is central to everything in Downtown Montreal. There's no need for a car, everything is in walking distance and the area feels safe. There are numerous delicious dining options and if you prefer to stay in, meals can be delivered and collect from reception. The elevator requires a key to get to each floor, which we loved as it added an extra layer of security. There's a very small fridge in the room, but its more like a wine cooler than an actual cold refrigerator. That's the only thing that stood out as needing to be changed. The staff are incredibly pleasant and everyone is willing to assist when needed. A great bonus is that the hotel is above a mall with food court, a grocery store, amazing restaurants and more.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again and can't wait to return.

Have stayed at the doubletree multiple times over the years since it has a great location in Montréal. However condition of hotel and cleanliness have seen a marked decline. Torn wallpaper, old carpet, etc. Not worth the premium price

I love this hotel and how you can walk to get everywhere… even the subway station is near.
The only thing I dislike is the price I paid. The night before going to the hotel I reserved with Expedia and paid for the hotel room. When I woke up it was 50$ off the price I paid. When I checked in, I asked to paid the new price and they answered is that since it was already paid they cannot do that. This is the only why i could not give them 5*.

Valet parking locked our keys inside the car and damaged our vehicle with a taxi driver that we did not authorize to access our keys inside the car. Manager staff was not forthcoming with information and if we had not insisted, we would not have had access to any information regarding the damages.

Beautiful hotel. Literally steps away from the place des arts. Great restaurants. Super friendly staff and clean rooms. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location and pretty hotel. Our stay was really nice. Loved being able to walk to so many historical sights, restaurants, and shopping. Our only hiccup up was abruptly asked to leave the sitting lounge because we were drinking a glass of wine by the fireplace which not only had we done the night before but they sell wine in this space.

There is a public parking underground belongs to the shopping center, sometime the parking spot will be full, so you have to find other place to park, but friendly with EV charger station

Hotel is in a great location - it seems like the weekend we booked, there was a festival happening in the area. St. Catherine's street is super close, and it was easy to find what we neeeded.
Only downside is that there is no fan in the bathroom, which is not great if you're travelling with other people who need some privacy. Otherwise, staff are friendly and we appreciate the daily housekeeping.

Hello I was a Diamond Member for 10 years with Hilton Hotels I stayed over 2000 nights in 10 years and was really satisfied with the great service. However unfortunately since then I do not what happened No room service except for breakfast. We called for a extra blanket we NEVER received, we called for plates the food arrived from a delivery service and waited 20 minutes for plates and cutlery. The front desk personnel are overwhelmed and it takes forever to get an answer.
I am sorry but I will be taking my business to Sheraton in the future. This hotel does not live up to the standards of a Hilton hotel located in Prime Downtown area
