Reserving online and checking in was so simple! We had a suite with a king that was perfect for putting a little one to bed and having a separate space for mom and dad to hang out. Breakfast was good! We went at 8:30 and they were already out of muffins.

The room had bugs in it and one of the guests had bug bites. Management was told and they didn’t care.

Room was partially furnished room. Very long narrow room. Tub/shower tap temperature was installed backwards. Cold/blue area was HOT water and Hot /red area would normally indicate hot water was cold water.
The room assigned to us was right beside the elevator. I feel there were many more rooms available.

Beds were super comfortable, we had a great nights sleep! The shower was over the top awesome! Great water pressure made it easy to rinse off, and it had a shower massage option! Best shower I’ve ever had in a hotel! Breakfast was great, many options to choose from. Good coffee! Super clean, no musty smells or strange odors, which is very important to me for a good night’s rest. All the staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Desk chair in the room was broken. TV remote didn't power TV. No
TV guide. Instructions to get guide didn't work. No USB plug-ins in the room. Receptionist wasn't friendly. Nice pool.

This property was easy to find. Many restaurants to choose from. We only stayed one night. It was the halfway point from where we were to home.

Check in was smooth, the sweetest man checked us 8n (sorry I didn’t get his name), we got upgraded to a king suite which 8s awesome and such a great surprise. Many restaurant choices within walking distance of the hotel but we highly recommend Brew House South was an awesome place to dine, great service!

This was a very clean, comfortable and convenient hotel!
The front desk clerk was very helpful with restaurant information. He recommended a great sports bar directly across the street from the hotel. It was very good.
We did not eat breakfast there because still full from our supper.

The front desk gentleman was very polite and helpful the room was a little stuffy and needed to be vacuumed better but over all it was a pleasant stay.

Toilet too low…hard on your knees. Also, no Grab Bars in tub…safety. No TV Guide to tell what programs are playing on each channel.

Very nice property. The room was neat and very clean. The free breakfast was good. I would recommend this property and I would stay at this property again if I'm in this area again in the future.

I liked almost everything about the property except for the warm welcome that was lacking. The front desk staff (man) was quite cold, and my friend and I both felt as if we were imposing on him when we checked in (11/11/23). No friendly smile, no “Enjoy your stay”: nothing. I thought possibly that he was just having a bad day, but when the following Monday came around and I approached the front desk again, my encounter with this same staff person left me feeling unwelcomed. It’s too bad, because everything else about your hotel was remarkable.

Very nice hotel but the young lady manning the desk when we checked in was less than a happy camper. Not a great first impression.
Room was terrific. We came down for breakfast at 8:45 and there were several items that were not available or were less than choice but what was available was terrific!

Good spot for the money. Room was comfy and appropriately priced. Salt water pool was a nice touch. Property is showing its age, but that's reflected in the price. Breakfast is nothing to write home about, but comfortably in its league. Place was quiet and clean enough. No regrets.
