Didn’t like the design of the bathroom at all, you will get wet whenever you want to wash your face. Pillows are not conformatble

So nice hotel except who designed the bathroom. The shelf is right above the sink which made it hard to brush your teeth or have a shave. The shower sprayed out of the bathroom so there was water in the entrance. And the toilet was also loose, so sitting on it you thought you could break it (I’m glad I didn’t have too much to drink). I could also hear lots of noise throughout the night of people talking and music playing. I had to put a shirt over the iPad light so it was dark in the room.

Loved QT. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day by lovely ladies who were friendly and always had a smile for you. The shampoo and soaps were great, been trying to find where i can buy these in Adelaide. if there was a 10 out of 10 i would give them a 10 - hope you see you again next year

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the interior was beautifully designed and parking was hassle-free, there were a few aspects that left me with mixed feelings. The room was clean and comfortable, but the additional charge for coffee, on top of the already paid breakfast, felt unnecessary. It's disheartening when basic amenities come with an extra cost. Moreover, my attempt to enjoy the pool was hindered by the early reservation system for cabanas. By 9 o'clock in the morning, all cabanas were fully booked, leaving no chairs available. The cabanas can be booked for $70 a day there are only around ten which leaves around 20 free loungers which were all taken just after breakfast, so relaxing around the pool was not an option. In summary, while the hotel has its merits, the extra fees and the limited poolside experience left me with a less-than-ideal impression.

The place itself is quirky and the decor is fun but overall not great. Little things like the cutlery not being washed from the last person and toilet paper roll not being replaced either to more substantial issues like a worker walking into my hotel room without knocking to the staff members not giving any information about the hotel when checking in and who weren’t helpful with the majority of our queries. The place is generally unorganised and the service is definitely not the best.

I dont understand how this is a five star hotel. Stayed for three nights. No sound proof in all rooms. The window itself is too thin I couldnt sleep. Also, there was no hair dryer in the room. Requested it three times and it took for them more than three hours to get it. Housekeeping was not doing the job either. I would never recommend this place.

The stay was good overall, but a few minor gripes compared to when we have stayed there previously. 1. We had to ask for bed linen to be changed on 5th day otherwise it wouldn’t have been changed, 2. Coffee machine at breakfast was poor quality and often broke down, otherwise needed to buy a coffee.

When I ready for sleep, several blood spots were found on quilt, we took pictures and let the hotel know, someone took the quilt out and only gave us two blankets as he said no more quilt in hotel. When we checked out we mentioned this issue to the reception lady, she said she will leave a note in their system. But when we talk to Expedia and seek help, Expedia was doing good to help me, but the hotel staff denied this issue and no apology or compensation for us, the hotel said they do not have information about this issue. Ridiculous and unacceptable experience at all.

Great hotel staff were absolutely fantastic accomodating and super friendly and happy. Service was great will be going back again . Rooms are well kept and super clean and modern pool is little on the smaller side but it’s funky and great atmosphere. Definitely a place to stay for the price point. Bazzar restaurant inside the hotel was a highlight. Thanks to the staff for such a relaxing stay.

The location of this hotel is perfect; the beach is across the road, the tram station is 3 minutes walk and lots of restaurants around. There are some free street parkings as well. Straighteners are not provided in rooms and you need to request it upon $600 deposit. No toothpaste is provided. The staffs in restaurants were so friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is a must to try.

QT Cabins was a wonderful experience! Cosy and cute. We wish the outdoor Cabin Area fireplace was working for our stay but the engineer came today to fix it for the next guests. Great value and wonderful staff.

Although our stay was exceptional even though we booked thru WOTIF and paid for what we thought were all possible surcharges and extras 12 days later I was emailed asking why my card was declining their payment of $66, when further enquiring explained it was for parking fees for 2 nights 3days even though it was Cleary stated when we booked in and reception didn’t charge us and even though upon check out we paid up all mini bar tabs etc we still WERE not charged a parking fee, now my account has been attempted for such payment 4 times and only one email has been sent? Very unhappy at this as it’s now costing me bank fees, nothing in their surcharges or extras even on receipt or Wotif booking page does it state parking was paid onsite parking!
