Very nice property, a bit pricey but the overall stay was pleasant.

Customer service was not horrible. Housekeeping needs to work on dusting and clearing surfaces & furnitures of crumbs. I love that the room I stayed in had a whole oven. I am also appreciative of the receptionist on duty who helped me exchange my bill for quarters. Thanks and take care.

Although everything was great, when i was serving breakfast I had an employee stare at me and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Staff was very helpful and polite. We stayed in what looked like a newly renovated room and were very pleased with the amenities. We stayed for five nights and having the full kitchen was great for our extended stay.

First off the place was under construction, I mean doors installed,plastering and painting walls. This should have been revealed before our stay. It was a major renovation and no discount. Then one of the reasons we stayed there was for the 24 hr airport shuttle. We ordered it for 5:30 in morning and never showed. The hotel staff asked us if we could wait till 6 am. We said NO. He then called us a cab which the hotel paid for. Overall a terrible experience

It is attached to the airport so we did not go into the car,unload luggage and park again,instead we just walked with our luggage’s via short indoor walkway to airline check counter.

Old, needs to be renovated. Door locks still use magnetic strips, tv in room was very outdated. Just not what I was expecting for 100 a night.

This place doesn't remotely resemble the pictures online. the doors had been freshly painted so you literally had to kick the doors to get them to open. We had a nieghbor who screamed obsenities at his poor wife all night. But Overall though we enjoyed the kitchen and apartment.

it was fine overall. we had to move to a new room because the first room we were assigned had a bed sheet not changed. Further, inside that bed sheet there was a rag that appeared to be used up badly tugged in. It was kind of gross. But they apologized and changed the room promptly. We had no issue with the new room. Overall great experience except that a little hiccup.

Great one night stay. Ideal for long term trips as well. The hotel is close to Dulles Airport but not walkable to restaurants and shopping.

Having a suite for a family of 5 for the same price as a regular hotel room was great. The kitchen saved us lots of money too!

Perfect for a small family! They provided a pack ‘n play with a sheet already on, which was a nice surprise. We just had to move the bed for the pack ‘n play to fit in the smaller bedroom, but it was easy. We were even able to move a living room chair into the bedroom for storytime before bed. Also, parking at the hotel is $7/day vs $10/day at the airport, so worth the savings.

Very nice comfortable beds , all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of variety and it was very good , they even had bacon one morning 90% of the hotels we have stayed never have bacon.

Space is compact with full range kitchen. We stayed there for over 10 days and liked the housekeeping services. They'll provide almost full service everyday. We would certainly stay next time too.
Only minor complaint was for noise of heat/AC unit and they responded immediately but issues keep reoccurring for 2 days before finally fixed. We even faced the historic storm but things were handled well.

Super nice staff, not really close to anything but u can take the shutter to the airport and take the silverline for 5$ to the train station.

There was nothing spectacular about the stay here. Room and kitchenette a bit small for a Marriott affiliate. The staff seemed to get a little irritated if you asked them too
many questions or asked them to do too much... Didn't know how to direct us to local food establishments, thank God for GPS navigation! One person that really changed our minds was Gustavo... He was soooooo helpful! He even changed our flat tire! Now that's world class service! He should be
hired to teach the other staff members on
service. He was great!

Hotel was very clean, quiet and cozy. Front desk staff was great. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again!
