Was in town as a solo traveler and this was a really convenient location to be near Avenue Jean Medecin, and maybe a 15-20 minute walk to the beach areas. I felt safe with a lot of foot traffic around. The price I paid might have been higher than normal on a busy travel weekend, but overall still worth it. Lots of restaurants around the area to walk to, and only a few minute walk to the Nice-Ville train station.
If you are super sensitive to noise, maybe not the right hotel for you with how busy the overall area is and the walls may be thin for some.
I got the single room - small room, but had a fridge, and the bathroom was plenty big enough for the room.
Front desk staff is really helpful and very friendly!
