We were celebrating our anniversary. This was the perfect getaway for us. We really enjoyed everything at the resort.

Comfy. Clean. And thankful for the water bottles from dehydration

Stayed on Atrium side and there was so much noise and music playing. It was hard to sleep. The A/C would always auto set to 72 had to get up and change it often to cool off the room. The parking fee was high the walk was far. The self check in was down. The checking in took a while, the walk to the room was long. There were no carts to roll our luggage. Beds were hard. All food was expensive. For 456 + 25 parking + 25 resort fees plus tax and other fees, not worth it. So disappointing.

The lobby and atrium area are impressive, but my room was very tired. Definitely ready for a refresh.

I wouldn’t say the place is amazing well because it’s not. When it’s Christmas time it’s great but to stay during the winter save your money and go else where. We stayed there for a dance convention and it was because it was convenient with it being held there. There are shops and restaurants that have decent food and things to browse and spend your money on. All in all it was an alright hotel for an overpriced stay.

Only thing was the pillow cases had makeup stains on them. I’m sure they were washed but stained.

Booked a King room with a view, received a partial room view. I did try talk via app and it was no help. Request late check out for birthday staycation. I asked at front desk and said no availability. If you have a special night plan skip this place.

First, please train your staff to be quick and efficient at the check in counter. I received the worst customer service from Jessica/Brazil. She didn’t greet me, could barely speak any English. Her coworker checked in three guests in the time it took her to check me in! The room had no plastic laundry bags or complimentary coffee that was promised. For close to $400 a night we should get those two things. Wouldn’t stay there again.

As always it was amazing. The service was great. Great location to airport and to different venues.

Absolutely an amazing resort!!

The Gaylord’s ambience is spectacular. There are lit fireplaces, high ceilings, a stone interior entrance…feels like a castle, heated indoor & outdoor pools, fitness room, coi fish pond, running train set, water geyser, giant chocolate chip cookies, live singing pianist, thick, clean and not stained carpet heading to room. Great idea with the noiseless, clean fireworks. Parking should not be charged if you stay at a non-peak time.

Staff was very friendly and the place was decorated so magical. Our grandchildren loved it!!

The restaurants were very basic but the food was pretty good. The events surrounding the resort itself were also amazing and I loved the decorations as well. However, the room itself is where problems arose. The cleaning lady must've done a bad job because the mirror was dirty, there was blood in one of the pillows, and there were random bits of hair left over in the tub from the previous guest along with a used bandaid. This is something I would've expected from a 2-star motel, not a 4-star resort. There were also a lot of technical issues when it came to our keys. We weren't allowed to leave the parking lot twice, because the room key didn't work.
But aside from the hotel room and parking failures, the resort itself is amazing. It's beautiful in there. The staff must've put a lot of effort into the decorations and upkeep of having living fish in the streams. Unfortunately, they don't clean the pond, there are a lot of people who toss pennies and quarters inside the streams. I don't think this does the fish any good.

Got a better price at the desk, reserved 2 rooms, only had one on file we I checked in, had to get another room on site, $100 cheaper than hotel.com prices!! And they would not match that price, even tho they screwed up on my second room reservation!!! Call the hotel/ resorts direct can get a better price most times !!!!

This was a fabulous hotel to stay at with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was great. It was quiet and super comfortable. Many things to do at the hotel, plus the pool had comfortably warm water in it and a wonderful workout facility.

We had a blast! Lights were amazing, Ice was magical and service was exceptional. Only complaint the cleaning of the rooms could be improved.

Elevators weren’t working so we have to walk with our luggage’s from 5th floor down terrible

It was a nice stay with all the Christmas themes. It’s worth the visit. The resort is huge so plan early for valet parking. It was full when we reached. It’s very crowded during the evening due to the holidays. Lots of activities are good, especially skating and guest services are very helpful. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Don’t miss the Sunday brunch at Tex-Mex restaurant. Awesome food.

Beautiful property and rooms were fantastic! More eating options need to be available. 2 restaurants are not enough for this size of property.

We had an issue with our wifi and were ultimately able to log on; however we had to be on a call with their tech support and provide our MAC address to our device. If we wanted to connect another device the same was needed. I just ended up using my hot spot :/ .
We were given a wristband upon check in, it would have been much more convenient if the other wristband would have been given out as well. We needed a second one to sled and ice skate. The line for that curved around the convention center.
We also had an issue with the noise level at our adjoining room, security was able to take care of it right away.

Very expensive!! Parking $25 a day to also pay in addition to hotel!! All the beautiful Christmas activities for kids are great except each one is so expensive per person!! Sent my daughter and kids here, they had fun but spent well over $1000 in two days just to do activities and food…

I was disappointed that i had to wait two hours to be able to check in. There was not enough staff at the front desk to handle the load of people arriving..

The biggest problem that I had was with the parking. I understand that people were coming for the Christmas displays but I was unable to park in the garage. The security said there was no room for me to park and directed me to uncovered spaces on the other side of the parking garage. We had to walk past the garage to get to the hotel while dragging luggage. It was my birthday and I stay there every Christmas Eve for my birthday. I'm so disappointed. My husband and I over 50 so that was quite a walk for us.

The resort did not manage its holiday load well. Traffic getting into the resort took 45 minutes to get from the highway to parking. Elevators were out on the parking structure. Missed our show because of delays. Christmas breakfast brunch was $50 per head and it was no better than a Holiday Inn. You can do better!

THE STAY WAS GREAT AND I OLVED THE FAST PASS.
THE ONLY ISSUE WAS OUR ROOM WHEN WE ARRIVED.
MY GRANDCHILDREN DISCOVERED WATER BOTTLE,DRINK BOTTLE AND A NOTE UNDER BOTH
BEDS.
MAYBE CLEANING ROOM TOO FAST TO ACCOMODATE GUESTS.

We came here for our Christmas family stayed. It was our second year on Christmas here. Last year was perfect!
We booked a Deluxe Suite room and paid almost $900 for one night and I thought most Suite will be facing the Atrium as we were here exactly for that for Christmas and their decorations- I asked the front desk as soon as we arrived to our room if we could possibly change it to the one facing the atrium and she said that it's more expensive for that and she checked and turned out they were all sold out- and she was pretty rude..... Also, they cannot even provide or offer to provide for a microwave in the suite- told me that I had to walk all the way on the other building to heat up food in the middle of the crowd! probably won't be back next year!

Awful! We’ve been at least 20 times and this was the worst. We won’t be back. Going through ICE there was trash everywhere. Everything was awful.

We really enjoyed our stay and anniversary celebration at Gaylord this year compared to the previous years, all the disappointment we had last year was so much improved now. The cleanliness, courteousness of the hotel staff and the quality of the food both at Zeppole and Old Hickory were excellent. We had our breakfast at The La Cantina. It was okay but can be improved. We are happy with the room we stayed and the housekeeping we’re attentive and thorough.

The Christmas decorations are incredible. However, the condition of our rooms were sub par. Shabby, dirty and smelly. The restaurants are really nice so better to just make a day trip of this place. I will not stay here again.
