The clerk was AMAZING! The room, not so much. It was dirty, uncomfortable, and it was loud. There were bugs all over our toothbrush. Definitely a lesson learn when booking a hotel at Cocoa Beach.

Other than no ac in the lobby my stay was fabulous. Staff very friendly and helpful. Just really felt for the lady at the desk with the broken air conditioner. She was hot and guest were getting a little heated. But the lady at the desk never lost her cool Remained helpful and gracious to all the guests. There was some one in the lobby next day to fix the air conditioner. Thank goodness. As for the room clean. Quiet and spacious. Air conditioning was working great

1st room had someone else's food on the walls and in the fridge/hair - a full chunk like you would clean out of a hairbrush on the bathroom doorjamb/toilet leavings/ red stains on the pillowcase in splatter pattern-and that was all found after having to step in urine (saw the kid standing there and the look, didn't realize what they had done until my shoe squished on the stair) and get the key redone. The employee told me it was water. 2nd room had ants, a toilet where I had to fix the chain in the tank every other flush, & broken blinds (even after trying to fix) so bad that the "security" lights shining through allowed us to be noticed by the dealing happening in the parking lot and the guy on a skateboard who kept circling the back. The tub in the second room was completely ripped and rusty and this was our "upgrade" because of the filthy 1st. I have more photos, but am including the "worst offenders". The only saving graces of the place are the proximity to the beach and the wonderful Ms. Jackie. If it wasn't for this woman, we would have driven over 5 hours home in the dark with no map and a phone with no charge that night. She (and her customer service) is the reason we stayed and I cannot say how blessed this corporation is to have her. There were no bedbugs or roaches found and ultimately we felt safe enough to sleep. I had no discount or refund, the opinions are my own, and the photos prove the room quality. I chose not to include human fluids and solids pictures.

Our room door was unlocked when we arrived, then the key cards didnt work, the maintenance that was sent to help didnt speak english, finally got locks fixed, door sweep was bent and allowing air and bugs in room, the a/c was on 60 but room was probably 70-72 & it was only 80 outside, filters were disgusting so i pulled them to try and help air flow. Needed an extra 30 mins in room due to out boarding time of cruise and wasn't allowed that, the shower mixing valve is messed up can only take a shower with what feels like 150 degree water so you turn it on and off cause it hurts. The light coming thru window makes it look daylight entire night. We tied towels around our eyes, then you have several people running up and down the outside waking you up cause they are extremely loud! The beds are from 1990...SO UNCOMFORTABLE! Only good was linens were soft and clean...NEVER AGAIN!! Also, told us our room was ready for check in an hour early and then charged me 25 extra when we got there!

Well when i first got in the room the ac was broken. So i brought it to the front offices attention. So i had to wait over 2 hours to be switched into another room. Which had no microwave or refrigerator. For as much as i paid i feel like my room should have had a microwave and refrigerator.

We never stayed here. We were booked to stay we had a cruise the next day. The front desk office was closed lights off and locked up. We called Hotel.com and they put us in a horrible hotel 4 hours later (3am). When you book with hotel.com they need to make sure that people are working and doing their job like having check in open so the rating on this hotel is a 0 no help at all.

Bad oder of staleness or something. No fridge - and only 2 towels. Check in was slow. Had to carry around all luggage back to check in desk because key cards did not work. Very disappointing.

The receptionist was very pleasant for our check in. Was able to score a first floor room due to a cancellation. Room was clean and very basic. Minimal furniture and storage which didn’t matter since we had a one night stay. Could not locate a hair dryer but wasn’t too much of a concern for me. Grounds are in need of attention, location of hotel suited our needs.

Jackie was so awesome we really enjoyed our time there because of her! She went above and beyond to help us and she was incredibly helpful, nice and just a wonderful person thank you Jackie for all of your help we really appreciate everything you did for us! Please give that lady a raise she is a great asset to your company!

We actually needed a refrigerator & microwave. Last time we didn’t get it nor did the rest of our family that was next to us. We hope that with there renovations that they will include those necessities along with some drawer space.

After checking in and going to our room I believe that the pics on the site may have been photoshopped. The color scheme in the pics were the same but the room wasn't as nice as shown also after seeing the outside of the side we were staying I told the receptionist I wanted to check the room for bedbugs and her response was "if you were worried about bedbugs I shouldn't have made the reservation for here"

The room was not ready at 3pm, it was a nice large room with a kitchenette. The mattress was old and the pillows flat, but the location was great! Short walk to a beautiful beach! The pool was nice and clean. It’s a budget place.

The staff was amazing and helpful. The room looks like the pictures until you get close. Then you can see that things are older and need some TLC. Overall though, the room was clean. We were so close to the beach and shops so we were able to walk most places.

This was a good spot. Exactly as expected for the price and the flag. My only complaints was a slight mildew aroma, which is common for Florida, and that the air conditioning unit is extremely loud. I sleep like a rock no matter what, but I am certain this would be a problem for a normal person.

Let’s just say I woke up at 1 AM to a mice infestation either underneath my mattress or crawling in the walls. There is no customer service after 11 PM so I had no one there to assist me. Thank goodness my brother was staying at a local hotel. I had him come and pick me up until there was someone in the office to file my complaint.

We pulled up to the lobby about 7:45 after a few airport delays and there was a sign saying “we are away assisting a customer and will be back shortly.” We waited a half an hour and had to call customer service twice. There were angry customers in the lobby that said they waited 3 hours to check in and no one would answer the phone. They were ready to call the police because they thought.something was wrong. After the second phone call, the front desk guy came up and said he was the only one working and was having trouble with a truck of construction guys all day. He couldn’t do all that needed done and answer the phone. He checked us in, but then our key wouldn’t work so we had to go back to get help. Once we got into our room, there were several pieces of crushed chocolate on the floor and only one single working box in an outlet. The bathroom light and hairdryer didn’t work. We had to unplug the tv to charge our phones. We also booked a large room with a kitchenette, but didn’t get the room that we booked and there was no one at the desk to fix it. We were travel weary and tired, so we just left and thought “we will never be back”.

The property is nothing like the pictures and once we arrived to the room the floors were sticky and turned my socks black the shower didn’t include any shampoo or conditioner and the a/c took a little while to get the room cool. The property workers were good though, in the mornings they offer coffee only and the lobby closes at 11pm so if you forget/lost your keycard to your room you are simply out of luck as there’s no way to unlock the doors. The best I can say is it’s a place to sleep and nothing more, the beach is a short walk and there’s a good bit of shopping centers and restaurants nearby for convenience however I personally will not be coming back.

The bedding was clean; the beds were very old, squeaky, and very uncomfortable. The a/c worked really well but was old and rusted. The floor was very dirty as you could see shoe sole marks on the floor and you could see the funk all over it…wads of hair all over the floor…dirt ground into the floor..just disgusting. The bathroom floor was dirty especially along bottom edges and in the corners….and around bottom of toilet and at the edge of the bottom of the tub…the room made you feel like you needed to wear a hazmat suit otherwise funk would get on you…and don’t dare bring food in there to eat it…I’d be afraid some kind of funk would settle on it…I definitely wasn’t taking a shower nor a bath in there and didn’t brush my teeth in there either….just felt infectious in a horrible way.

Never again. Our room door leaked wind all night. The tv remote only worked if you stand right in front of it, which we didn’t figure out until the next morning. Bathroom was very clean. Location was ok. Hard pass 🙄

Room was very clean and comfortable. Neighbors were a little noisy but didn’t interfere with my stay. Great location to walk to eating and amusement facilities. Pool was nice size and very clean. For the money, you can’t beat it.

Property showing its age, but definitely lacking in some areas. For example the front desk employee warned that sometimes the door locks stop working, and after 11am there is no one at the property to assist, suggesting it’s a gotidea to be in your room by 11pm and stay there just in case. And then there was the dirty bedcovers which it looked like someone spilled a lot of something on it, perhaps a milkshake? Disgusting. And it wasn’t exactly inexpensive….
