Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We asked for a quiet room and therefore had no view or balcony but we were fine with that trade off as it is super central. Receptionists were very helpful with info and transport tickets. Good restaurant too.

We very much enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel staff were all amazing. After booking our room we were contacted to see if we needed a ride from the train station which was very helpful. Upon arrival at the hotel we were welcomed warmly and given lots of useful information regarding the amenities, restaurants, things to do, and ATM’s. The buffet breakfast had lots of options and was delicious. We left early on our last day prior to the start of breakfast. Because of this the front desk offered and provided a bag breakfast for us to take with us when we left. The room was very clean and cleaned really well each day while we were out. The service at this hotel is outstanding.

Perfect location in Prague right next to Charles bridge and close to tram lines, shops and restaurants. Hotel room very spacious and clean. Hotel front desk staff both knowledgeable and nice. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Prague and would return here again without question.

This hotel is situated right next to the Charles Bridge. We had a great time there and I would highly recommend it if going to Prague.

Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious! Their suggestions for dinner (Pork’s and Locals) were perfect. The hotel was beautiful and in an incredible location. We were treated so well. We requested parking ahead of our stay and found a spot near the hotel. They charged 500 CZK per night. We would definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff. With nice little extras thrown in. Chocolates, champagne and bottle water in the rooms. Along with free ticket for the tower opposite and also free coffe and pancake.

The pod vezi stay was excellent. Hotel price was very good, the location was perfect for us as just across the Charles bridge. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Lots of advice and useful pointers. Hotel was very clean and our hotel room was great (we were in main hotel but other accommodation is right across the street). Breakfast was lovely and we obtain a few gifts throughout our stay one being a free pass to the tower right outside the hotel that gave a Birds Eye view of the famous bridge and surrounding Prague city view. Prague is a beautiful city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very charming hotel and excellent restaurant. Wonderful breakfasts. Staff, service, top notch; friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent, at the foot of the 800 year old tower on Charles Bridge. Shopping, restaurants in the area very good also. Highly recommended (will stay there again)!

This was one of the best Hotel stays we have experienced throughout the years. Starting with the friendly and helpful staff that is always ready to assist you with a smile. The location is really fantastic, only a few steps away from Charles Bridge and in the middle of stores and restaurants. You will even get a free ticket to visit the Lesser Tower. The rooms are spacious and clean and room service was wonderful. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety, something for everyone. The building overall is very charming and historic and gives you a cozy feeling. We couldn't have had a better experience from start to finish.

Great location, I mean you are right on the Charles Bridge, a block away is the tram stop that will get you just about everywhere you need to go, from Prague Castle to the Astronomical clock... Now back to the hotel, it was clean, we stayed at the 2nd building next to the crepe restaurant (crepes are pretty good btw), room was big, had a bathtub, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast "Feast" was provided at the restaurant, from eggs to smoothies. Honestly it was very good and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again based on my experience.
