This is my preferred hotel in Kerrville. So quiet and comfortable.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed and very secure. We got a good nights rest. The desk clerks were very helpful and the check in/out was the easiest of any hotel we stayed at in two weeks of traveling.

A/C didn't work, mattress on bed collapsed from use and age felt like I was laying on a box springs!!!!!!

This hotel is absolutely terrible and disgusting. The room smelled like cat pee when we opened the door and all they could offer as a solution was air freshener. The bed was a king sized bed on top of a queen sized box spring. When I told the front desk, they couldn’t care less. The air conditioner kept leaking into the floor, the curtains were dirty and ripped, the shower was absolutely disgusting and obviously not cleaned. The floors were sticky and looked like they haven’t seen a mop in years, and the mini fridge didn’t work. All in all, find another hotel. I paid $300 to stay in this hotel and I regret every second of it. Not worth your money.

The place is run down and needs attention. The door gets alot of light threw the hallway. The bathroom toilet when you flush it you need to hold so it flushes. The vanity was not caulked had big cracks. The shower was just ugly hand rail was very loose. A/C was not working properly and loud. And for the price its realy not worth it. Paid $160 per night. But staff was very friendly i cant recall front desk lady but she has been there for a long time. Breakfast is very bland.

Overall it was a decent place to stay. Our room was very spacious. The breakfast was satisfactory.
The room smelled musty. We had to buy air freshener, and not run the bedroom air conditioner.
The bathroom needs a fan, and the shower head needs to be moved up higher.

The La Quinta Inn in Kerrville was reasonably priced, had a great buffet for breakfast for such a good price. The room was pretty clean and probably has been in service for a long while so could use some updating. The service staff and team were very courteous and very helpful.

Customer service at the front desk was amazing but there was soooo much loud banging around all hours of the night and did not sleep well at all.

This hotel is out of date and falling apart. The bathroom had black mold crawling up the corners and the beds were hard, and bedding were outdated. Also our a/c worked poorly. Overall, we did not get a good nights sleep

First room smelled bad, either the occupant ahead of us smoked or soiled the carpet is unknown-our replacement room had no roll in shower or rails on tub, so no showers. Plus little light in room what there was was low including breakfast area

Location was good for event, rooms were dated. Only one source to plug in mobile devices, so if you have multiple don’t forget your chargers. Towels were very old and thin. We were at an event all day and literally just slept there and left the next morning.

The staff was very nice and professional. This hotel was highly rated, but i am not sure how. The hotel was booked full on a Wednesday night and was very noisy. The walls seemed to be thin and you could hear the TV on both sides of my room. The room was dirty. There was hair on the sheets and on the bathroom sink. There was an old grape under the chair, and there was writing on the mirror near the bathroom that was not cleaned off. The writing appeared to be done with soap. Lastly, the room had an odor of a sweaty man. This room reminded me of a Motel 6, not a La Quinta. Disappointing.

The room was not clean the pull out couch had some kind of hair all over the cushions. There was a huge red spot on the floor and something splattered all over the walls. The bath tub had mold everywhere, I bought supplies to clean it. The breakfast was very nice and the customer service was great. We needed the laundry and the dryer was broken and the washer was really dirty.

This hotel could be nice but sprinkler on ceiling was taped on. Security latch on door was missing piece on the frame. We told the staff but door latch was never fixed. It was no way close to the great reviews I saw.

The room was nasty the toilet was not clean the show was gross and falling apart the air conditioner, was almost broken and absolutely disgusting we didn't even spend the night we left the same day we arrived.

The first night of the trip I showered that evening, I requested an accessible room since I had surgery a few weeks ago and I am unable to get in and out of a shower tub, when I was out of the shower there was about 2 inches of water on the opposite side of the shower where the toilet is. The shower curtain did not keep the water from staying on the shower side. There is a lip where the shower side and toilet side meet and it was not effective at all. Then the water was not warm at all. It was luke warm at best. When I got out of the shower I had to mop up the 2 inches of water with the towels provided. The next morning when I showered before I left I had to stand literally in the corner with the shower head facing the corner so that the water would not get on the opposite side and cause a massive mess like the night before. Again the water wasn’t hot at all. Then when I was checking out the desk attendant did not look at me at all. Head was down in her phone. Although she did say to have a good day but did not acknowledge my presence. Very rude if you ask me.
