Besides the property, the staff, the people who support and serve their guests is the difference. We greatly appreciated their eagerness to assist, help, make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We would like to acknowledge specifically Lilas and Pedro at the dront, Emely, Maria and Alejandra in the dining room. The laudry service was impeccable. What a group and what a team! We will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you!

This property is amazing! Wonderful location…easy walk to the Prado, the Botanical Gardens and Jardín de Retiro, Plaza Major…lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops near by
My sons and I were in Madrid for a wedding. The staff here is very kind and helpful, and they speak English. Room was exceptional…clean, comfortable beds, coffee maker in room…the hotel offers complimentary coffee and snacks every afternoon. The hotel itself is a work of art! I enjoyed taking the stairs over the elevator just to see the “lobbies” on the other floors!
I would definitely choose this hotel again!

Wonderful service, including even bed turn down. Very well located; easy walking to the 3 big art museums. 2 good coffee shops nearby. Lovely staff. Very quiet.
