Hotel staff was very helpful. The location made access the restaurants easy. The stay was exceptional

It was our first trip to Ischia and we LOVED it! The La Reginella Resort Spa was simply wonderful! The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Breakfast included many options to choose from as well as a large assortment of beverages. Our room had a lovely balcony with a table, chairs, umbrella, two lounge chairs and a small view of the ocean. It was perfect! We spent a good amount of time lounging by all of the pools. Now we are planning a return visit in the near future. Ischia has our hearts!💕 I want to highly recommend the Dolce Vita Ischia Sea Boat Tours. Jovani was an amazing guide!

Love all the thermal pools and the hotel is located in a lovely part of Ischia

The short: Good hotel and stellar service with A+ pools. Horrible bathroom vent situation and poor AC. The long: Disclaimer - we were in a separate auxiliary area, not in the main hotel. Some of this might be better if you stay in the main building. -Bathroom vent…there’s no fan in the bathroom. They have a window that can be opened, but there’s also no bug screen. Your choice is to suffer in heat and humidity or let a pile of bugs in. -The AC is really weak. Our room never got colder than 24C and if we opened the door to the bathroom to vent it a bit, we had no chance to sleep because of the heat. The above cost the hotel 2 stars in my books. -The service is excellent (from all staff) - they will go out of their way to help you to the best of their ability. -The pools are awesome. There are so many and there’s actually space in them. They also have plenty of pool chairs so there’s no fighting or reserving necessary. -Water pressure in the shower is good and there was always hot water. The rooms have slippers (but they’re like a size 8 foot max). -The WiFi is abysmal and there’s no USB ports. The one on the small TV didn’t work to charge devices for me. This is the wrong hotel if you want to be attached to electronics so I don’t hold this against the hotel. -There are lots of gelato places and terrific restaurants around. We didn’t have a bad meal or a bad gelato anywhere. -There’s a supermarket that’s about 10 min walk with very reasonable prices for water.
