It was a weekend meet up with the family.

First room didn’t have a sofa bed, as advertised. Bathroom smelled of piss. Dirty carpet, base boards all warped and damaged. I didn’t even want to sit down.
Front desk Anthony, moved us to a bigger, cleaner room with 2 queen size beds since no sofa bed.
Housekeeping needs to scrub! Not at fault of front desk service

Didn't realize we would have to pay for parking so that was the main drawback but the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the breakfast options were outstanding, and it was a lovely hotel overall.

Ms Clara breakfast was amazing and delicious.

Was ok - refrigerator squeaked so had to unplug it. Not enough lights in the bedroom. Rug dingy and dirty. Needed a little bit of a face lift.

the breakfast area was closed due to some type of leak with big swamp fans blowing. they moved the breakfast to a room next to it and it was very poorly put together. the fire alarm went off at 7am and they were unable to get it to turn off for at least 30 min. the elevators went out and they were never able to restore them for at least 2 hours but i dont know for how long exactly as i had to go up and down 6 stories of stairs to get my family out of there with all our luggage.

Our stay at the Hampton River Market Little Rock was comfortable. Hotel bed is old and dated and it was definitely uncomfortable. All in all Hotel met our needs and pleasant staff . The Continental Breakfast was full service and well stocked . We booked a Kingsize bed , and some how we ended up in a Handicapped/Disability Room which we didn’t request so that was strange to us . Great location to Simmons Arena and that was a plus !!!

Great hotel. Close to the convention center if you are in town for an event there. There are a ton of great restaurants nearby.

The check in process was a nightmare. Our room smelled of smoke. The bed was not comfortable and the carpet was dirty.

Toilets were not clean and were not flushing.

When we checked in, the girl at the front was rude and snippy, when we got to the 7th floor it was freezing and smelled. We got to our room it felt like a furnace and couldn’t turn the heat down. Our room smelled old and musty. The walls were gross, all the tables had chips, the door was broke.. Over all would not stay again.

Wonderful facility. Clean rooms, well stocked, friendly service. Bit of a strange smell when entering rooms. Only issue was parking was around the block and room key issues when moving between parking garage, hotel building, rooms, etc. Overall, wonderful place! Loved the area!

The ladies at the front desk was so nice and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. If we go back in the future we will be staying here again!

It seems that I was holding Hilton and all things related to it to a higher standard than they do. The property was decent but the room and bathroom was not up to par (for me). The carpet and floors were dirty. The furniture overall is old. The bathroom had hair on the floor, tub was stained, the towels are small, and the tile work is old. If Hilton is going to purchase a brand, bring it up to Hilton Global standards. The staff was nice and helpful.

When we returned from dinner around 8:30 pm, the hotel had locked us out. Another group that was just arriving to check in was also locked out. The phone app that was supposed to allow me in did not work. The doors had been locked to forbid anyone from entering. No one answered the phone, either. Banging on the doors did not bring anyone over. A small child could be seen inside the lobby seeking to communicate with an unseen adult, presumably the person in charge of the front desk. A member of the party who had previously checked in had to run around the building and access the back parking garage using the physical key card. Then ran through to the front of the hotel to let us in. It is a very bad look for the hotel.

The hallways are freezing, the pillows are as flat as paper plates, the bed is like sleeping on a rock. The fridge doesn't work. The carpet is threadbare, and looks 100 years old from a bar. Looks like someones dog got ahold of the bathroom vanity.

The staff was incredible but the floors had stains from the pet-friendliness which likely was the contributing factor to the overarching smell throughout.
Multiple sheets in our bedding had a sort of dried blood or something similar.

Our breakfast hostess, Clara, was great!

Daphne who I stopped to chat with in the hallway, was very helpful and even gave us extra towels to make sure we had enough. The little market on the first floor was stocked with snacks when it was late so we didnt have to go out to get something small to drink. The view from the room was nice so that was a plus.
The heater/air conditioner in the room was always too hot or too cold. We set it for 70 but the room would get hotter and then the air conditioner would turn on so cold that we couldn't walk by it. We called the desk and they told us to turn the heat up and it would get warmer that helped for a little while and then it got to hot and we turned it down 4 degrees and then we froze because the air conditioner kicked back on.

Hotel was great, check in very easy. Parking is extra, I failed to read that on their website. No big deal though, glad my car was safe. Walking distance to a lot of great things in the River Market District. Highly recommend.

Comfortable, clean, helpful and attentive staff. We did not expect the $15/ day parking fee. Concerns and coffee maker replacement were quickly addressed. One cannot use the stairs rather than the elevator because stairs exit only to outside. Room cleaning/ refreshment is every other day. The lamp on the desk does not provide sufficient light to work. The breakfast is very nice with slight variations daily. The breakfast team is very attentive.

Worked great for us with two rooms across hall from each other. Parking area in front of hotel to check-in is horrible. Extremely hard to get into and parking all around area is meter parking.

We were in town for a show at the Rev. there were 5 girls, we all enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, and we had plenty room for us to get dressed. It was in walking distance of the venue which was nice. We plan on visiting little rock again and hope to stay again. The breakfast was good and the lady there was very nice and helpful. The one at the desk when we checked in could of been more helpful and nice overall though we were very satisfied with our stay

Super sweet staff!.. Jocline was very busy checking in guests but did such a great job getting it all taken care of efficiently. Such a sweet and friendly person to greet you when checking in! We had a short stay but the women who prepared breakfast did a great job keeping it clean and full. It was such a great variety! When we checked out Toni helped us and made sure that we had everything we needed before our adventure on the road home. It is so comforting to stay somewhere when you travel when you are treated so well by staff who care about their job.

Overall we had a good stay. We loved how close the hotel was to river market, restaurants, etc. The room door had to be closed by using force to shut it. Also 2 hrs before we were expecting to arrive the hotel called me and ask for the credit card number so she could have it on file to charge or she was charging it right then. First she said I had 2 minutes to give it or lose my room. Then she said in 10 minutes. I always pay when I check in. The person just was unfriendly, in general. I gave her the number. If I'm double charged or anything I will post it. Breakfast was good to me, it just needed warmed up. I called the front desk because we were out of toilet paper. I said i would be happy to come down and get it if housekeeping was busy. He told me housekeeping was off that day and he couldn't leave the front desk so I could go to front desk to get it. Going to get the toilet paper... housekeeping was on our floor. I had no problem us going to get it but why fib? Idk. Thankfully it was all extremely unimportant problems. We were happy and no hotel is perfect.

The room was spacious and very clean. Beds were so comfy. The only con I had was that I had to pay $15 extra for parking in the hotel Parker garage . I would think this should come with the reservation.
