The property was in great condition. The photos make the rooms like a bit dated but they were incredibly clean and well kept. The air conditioning was excellent. The only thing to mention is they don’t have adapters available to rent - the AI agent for the hotel said there was adapters to rent but when I spoke to the front desk that was false. Otherwise everything was perfect with our stay.

We enjoyed staying in a local hotel in a "regular" neighborhood. (Near the Place du Nations metro station). Great shower water pressure and temperature. Our rooms did have AC. Not minibar or fridge...I saw that listed somewhere. Breakfast is available for a cost...the staff will help you poach an egg and work the coffee machine. Great choices. They have maps for Paris and the metro system.

The room was clean, the staff available 24 hours. Some staff was more helpful than others. Loved the almost tourist-free neighborhood that is easily accessible by metro. There were good bistros, restaurants, grocery stores etc walking distance. We liked that we were where the locals go !
