A wonderful place to stay and you can’t get a better location to view Sorrento from your room. The staff were lovely and kind. I was told by the head sister that the hotel was the summer home of a countess of the region and later converted to a hotel. Parking is on site which is a real bonus in the Sorento area. There is no air conditioning but if you enjoy cool ocean breezes from your balcony to sleep with, this is the place.

Wonderful peaceful place with the nuns. Beautiful garden terrace, amazing breathtaking view and sunsets. Convenient parking for minimal cost. Easy walking access to a restaurant and park nearby as well as close to elevator to take you down to the harbor for boat cruise to Amalfi, Positano.

We loved our stay , the view and room were beyond our expectations. It was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the space , airy feel and authentic furnishings . The nuns were kind and welcoming . We only had two nights and would have loved to stay longer . You can take a boat trip from the marina below which we did and Sant Agnello is a great base . We hope to return one day .
