Our stay was nice! The room was very spacious. There were some cosmetic things that weren’t the best. The doors on the closet were not on the track, the shower head was awful, and the floors were pretty dirty. I had to make my kids wear socks the whole time because their feet were black from running around. The pool room was very hot but the thing that regulates the temperature in the pool was broken so the water was really cold. The staff was extremely friendly and professional!

It was a very nice stay. However we had to switch rooms 3 times to get a room that the ac worked in. The staff was very apologetic and was very willing to accommodate. Coffee was good and it was a quiet place to stay! Thank you

The state was OK. The lady at the desk was absolutely wonderful. Great customer service, beautiful personality. She was there when I checked in and she was there when I checked out the room was not clean the corners were dirty. It was all over the place a lot of dust built up the corners doesn’t look like you have been mopped in a while, the sheets are clean table was dusty. It just needs a good thorough deep cleaning overseas that needs to follow up

The hotel had no information on my room or from Expedia. It took a half an hour to get checked in with a call to Expedia, which did not work well.

Front desk was unable to find my reservation and showed no interest in simply honoring the reservation I had. I didn't stay at the property and booked a room at another hotel.

This was our first time staying here. The room was spacious and the beds were nice and comfortable. But as soon as you walked in the room reaped of mold. You could smell it bad. The floor all in front on the window was soft. Our room key wouldn’t work..we kept having to try over and over for it to work. They said the indoor pool was heated, but just the room it was in was..not the water. Overall it was ok. Everything appeared clean inside, it was just the smell of mold and the soft floor. We just stayed for one night.

The only disappointment was that it seemed to be okay with staff that the key to the fridge in the breakfast room was gone so no guests could access. They did try to make up for it, but still.

My wife and I are currently staying until Thursday at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Dothan, Alabama. We selected this hotel as we were going to have our grandkids stay with us to use the indoor pool. On checkin day we were assigned room 211. We unpacked our stuff and while exploring the room we came across a large soft spot in the floor next to the air handler damaged by what appears as water. Also front door lock intermittently did not work. We spoke with Clayton at the front desk that assign the room. He assigned us a new room, 213. Upon entering the room that was next door to 211, I noticed the air handler door unlocked and opened the door. This are was filled with what appeared to be black mold and extreme amount of dust. My wife has asthma so we wend down to speak to Clayton. He said when the AC door is open the rooms are supposed to be blocked. He then assigned room 207. We then did a quick check of the room and did not see anything glaring. We asked Clayton to have the filter checked in the morning. Couple things we found was the room had no microwave like the previous room. Also the room has no drawers to hold clothing. The bathroom has moldy ares that looked to be just painted over. We then decided to visit the pool as we were told that it was heated as the sign says heated as well. Come to find out the pool water is cold as it is outside. Very nice pool are just too cold to think about using. Pool heater advertised but not not operational.

We came from East Tennessee and met some of our family down in Dothan. We visited them as well as some came to visit us at our motel. Kids were able to swim. It was great. Staff was great…beds were very comfortable- front counter girls were great. We will be back.

Everything was pretty good for the most part. Not sure what the point of a 12pm checkout is if the housekeeping staff is going to knock on the door every hour starting at 9am even with the do not disturb on the door. But other than that it was a good stay.

This hotel is being renovated so we understood it wasn't going to be perfect - no problem. However, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and when we arrived they weren't available. We were given a suite with a king bed which was just ok. The sofa in the sitting area was FILTHY, there was only one bath towel for us. However the staff was great and did what they could to make us comfortable.

EVERY staff member was super nice and friendly. There was a ton of road construction, which is NOT the hotels fault. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed and pillows. The new furniture, flooring and other upgrades were also very nice.

Had to wait a while to check in along with another couple as no one was at the desk. The next morning we had the do not disturb sign on the door but we’re awoken by the housekeeping staff 3 hours before check out by them knocking and then opening the door while we were sleeping. Thankfully we had the top lock on.

I always try to stay at this hotel chain when i travel but this hotel check in was special because the check in lady, Sierra, was so hospitable and helpful with everything. She could train other clerks I have encountered how to be more pleasant! The remodeling that has been ongoing does nothing to make the hotel dusty that I could tell.

The rooms weren’t ready for occupancy. I had to call for an extension cord for my television. There were no soap in the room. I had to have my phone plugged in. The refrigerator had to be connected. I should have been told prior that the hotel was under renovation

The key card for the room was difficult to get into but the front desk worker was cheerful and happy to help me get it to work. Room was clean. The breakfast bar was poorly stocked even though there were only 3 other people down at breakfast when I went. Decent overall value for price, as the price was pretty reasonable.

We knew the hotel was under renovation. We were put in a room that had been renovated. It was nice that they had replaced the carpet in the room with hard flooring. Room could have been cleaner. They were running out of things at breakfast and it wasn't time for breakfast to be done.

Hotel was great. the breakfast was not good at all. Gravy was crusty on the sides like it had sat for a whole day. No cereal and there was one muffin. Need to have someone checking on it.

I was stopping in late traveling with my 8 and 10 year old. When we arrived we were sent to a room that was occupied. We were then sent to another room that had not been cleaned and there were no linens for the pull out. The night auditor was asleep on the floor each time we I had go back to the front desk complaining of a hurt foot... Turns out the next day he was faking. The house cleaning staff knocked the next morning and asked if we had a reservation because we were not supposed to be in that room. Clearly they were going through a remodel and that part was not too bad. I can deal with boxes around but the staff was unacceptable... especially with traveling late with kids.

This was the dirtiest hotel we have ever seen in our lives. From the elevator to the rooms, it literally looked as if someone came in with a Crowbar and purposely damaged everything. We just couldnt sleep in our room. It was fithly dirty. My kids wouldn't touch the pull out couch saying they'd rather just sleep in the trailer hooked to our vehicle. The nice staff member felt so bad. She took us to 4 more rooms and all were also filthy. One she walked out and said it smells too bad. We feel sick about paying for this hotel room. It was so rough and unfortunately is something so bad we won't forget it.
