Estephano, the host, made us feel very welcome upon arrival. The room was spotless and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. There is also a small kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook.
We wanted to go wine tasting, and Estephano kindly helped us book a wonderful experience. The property is conveniently located near bus stops, which made it easy to visit Florence without any issues, while still enjoying peaceful nights away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 🌿

The staff was so helpful and always there, should you have questions. Very clean facility. They cleaned our room daily, changed our sheets twice, in our 7 day stay.
Their breakfast area is spotless, and the food was amazing. Pastries, yogurt, fresh meat & cheese, fruit, fruit juices, milk, cereal, toast, Cappuccino, coffee and bottled water.
I definitely recommend this Residence!
Thank you for making John’s and my stay so pleasant!!

Good: spacious room, friendly owner who is responsive to all your questions, amazing breakfast, okay WiFi, and free parking.
Bad: free parking is 300m away from the property, google map is not updated yet of the recent changed ( one way) and one way signage too small and need more cups and pots inside the room(Owner gave us some pots to use).
Overall, the stay was lovely with picturesque views in both morning and evening.
