Location and site is perfect but service is bad there is no access by car to the hotel reception nor a shuttle or laggage pick up from the parking you have to carry your laggage from the parking back and forth on open door area around 200 meter to go to the front desk and stuff are not really helpful no coffee and water complementary offered in the room

If you are driving, checking early. Otherwise, you'll need to park far away with a steep climb. Breakfast is excellent. Well worth the money.

Great hotel and very clean rooms, amazing view and awesome breakfast. The only downside was that pool was located in another building and you have to walk outside to reach it in other building which was few minutes away.

The room was lovely, staff were extremely helpful, allowed us to stay in the car park and use the waterpark even after we checked out.
The breakfast and evening meal was superb. Our only complaint was that my children were unable to use the gaming room and no one could explain why or when it opened back up.
Overall an amazing hotel, location and staff
