Old world charm but with modern amenities. We loved everything about this hotel, in particular, the staff. To a person they went out of their way to accommodate us. As an example, on our last day and check out, they not only called a cab for us but walked outside to show us where it was waiting and even helped with our bags! The restaurant was also first rate. We had a wonderful dinner there with an even more wonderful server, Erik. I can't say enough about this charming hotel!

Great rooms, great to have so much space, getting a tiny bit tired in places but still lovely place to stay. Staff were great, so friendly and helpful. Could be more knowledgeable though re concierge type stuff (we were told the tourist bus had finished for the season, but it hadn’t - just a small thing). Restaurant and drinks on roof top were amazing, great food, great service, cocktails high quality. Great view. Great location.
