Stay was overall good. Guy at front desk (don't remember his name) was very professional and nice. The only issue I had was not very many television channels. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful. She gave me instructions on how to get to my son’s army graduation. Room was very clean. Complementary coffee was great. Breakfast was better than I expected

We loved our 2 night stay. The room was very spacious and clean. I am very picky and everything was great. The breakfast had a great selection and all of the employees seemed to actually like their job. They were all very polite and knowledgeable about the area.

Not very clean, beds and pillows need an upgrade, they are not comfortable at all. We went for a turning green ceremony and came back a day early because the beds are very uncomfortable and pillows are so fat that we all had a neck ache. Rug and baseboards are mot very clean and the water in the tub does not drain very well. So sorry to say I will look some where else next time needed. Personal was very friendly.

Room was ok, could have been vacuumed better upon arrival. Room not as spacious as I’d like but staff good! Good coffee, breakfast was ok, not great but ok. Pillows terrible!

I stayed for a graduation ceremony on base and the Hotel is right next door to the infantry museum so it was extremely convenient. Its just outside base gate also. Hotel was spotless excellent condition. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. No complaints i would certainly stay there again.

Stayed here for our son’s Turning Green ceremony at Fort Moore. It was very convenient, walking distance from National Infantry Museum, and located down the road from one of the base gates (not the main gate). We were only about 5 or 10 minutes from the main gate and 15 minutes from Pomeroy Field and found it easy to get there.
Staff were very friendly and helpful at all hours of the day and night, room was clean and adequate, and breakfast was hot, free, and comparable to other hotels. Gym was good and open til midnight.
I only gave this review 3 stars because the beds were so hard we won’t stay here again. I was unable to lay on my back for more than a couple minutes without it seizing up, and it definitely affected our sleep. For us it was a definite dealbreaker, which is too bad for all of the reasons listed above.

The room was very clean and in reasonably good condition. However, the room is geared more towards business travelers. The room is separated by a long built-in table/desk/dresser combination with the TV mounted on the wall perpendicular to one end of the table. Once the sofa sleeper is extended, seating becomes limited to beds, two single seater chairs, and two ottomans. Replacing the larger ottoman, with a love seat would remedy the seating issue while proving visibility to the TV. A second small ottoman could also be stored under the table/desk/drawer unit and provide support for the love seat.
I personally like extra firm mattresses and I managed to convert the boss, aka wife, to plush extra firm pillow tops. Although we’ve switched from springs to foam about 5 years back, I don’t recall being able to feel the individual springs within our previous spring mattresses.

This hotel is super clean. Staff is great, very polite. The drawback is this hotel is in dire need of mattress replacement. If you have back problems I wouldn't recommend. We stayed here in spring of 22 and mattresses were bad then. Still the same now.

Lorraine at the front desk was an absolute delight.
She was able to get me to the visitor office immediately upon arrival.
She even called the room to make sure I arrived back safely.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed Sharon at the front desk made us feel extremely welcomed and helped us out with all of our questions we had. Everything was very clean and tidy. Will most definitely come back highly recommended

The 2 gentlemen on the night crew. Were very easy going, polite, and helpful. The room was fair had some stains on the carpet and the outside of the refrigerator could've been cleaned better but all in all pretty good.

The location is not too far from the interstate and yet it was super quiet with a beautiful golf course across the street.
Very nice staff, pool, and breakfast service as well.

I felt very safe at this property which was very important to me. Breakfast each morning was delicious. The property seemed very well taken care of, and the pool was super nice. Having the National Infantry Museum right next door is a special treat too.

Hot water in the shower was not working right and we didn't figure out how to get it to work until after some uncomfortable showers, otherwise hotel was great
