Had to say about this property and of course it looked like an amazing hotel! But wow!!!! I was blown away; first with location, I swear it couldn’t get better!! Second; the room was soooo spacious! And it has everything you’ll need to feel at home away from home! I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here if I were to come back to Prague!

We stayed at a pied-à-terre category room with a small, Romeo and Juliet balcony.
The room itself was very small, with just enough space for the double-bed. The balcony, as well, was very tiny, it was not a balcony, more like a little extension to the windows. I couldn’t fit to stand on it and close the doors behind me. Eventually, we got claustrophobic. The heavy musty smell lingered in the room at all times, even after the use of abundance of air fresheners by the housekeeping to mask it. Over and above that, the room was extremely dusty, with the particles flying in the air from settled dust.
The only advantage was the location of the hotel. A stone’s throw from the Old Town Square. That’s it.
Also, service at the reception and concierge desks were excellent.
I will not come back.

Fantastic location, welcoming staff. Top notch service, seated checkin and the food at the restaurant is beyond amazing, worth every penny!
Rooms are not soundproof as with all hotels in Europe……

This is a great hotel that is very reasonably priced. You will find yourself in the center of old town with walking access to everything. Ubers only take a few minutes. Further, the hotel staff is top notch. Very friendly and always eager to help. I plan on staying here again when I am in Prague.

Housekeeping went above and beyond every day.
My only complaint is how many messages and updates they sent via email. I'm on vacation. I don't need 8+ messages and reminders.

Everything was great. One thing that was a problem for me was that the room was a bit warm. Since its central air conditioning only allow minor adjustment in the room. They gave us a fan which was better to sleep at night.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very attentive. This is somewhat of an upscale hotel. It is minutes away from the clock tower and convenient to the old town. The room and hotel was clean and well cared for. Our air conditioning didn’t get our room very cool but it was hot outside so maybe that’s why. Overall I was happy with our choice and would stay here again.

We booked this property as a splurge to enjoy a spa treatment, Prosecco welcome and happy hour were what we looked forward to…….The concierge was away, so no happy hour, no welcome Prosecco and upon visiting the spa there was no romancing of what was offered or available. Underwhelming.

Lovely hotel, beautifully maintained and friendly staff. Location is excellent! Very close to everything you would want to visit in Prague without being in a busy area, very quiet. The only complaint I have is the comforter on the bed was just a tad too small for 2 people and husband and I had to fight over it a little haha! Other than that it was a fantastic stay.

The Emblem was an excellent location- super convenient and walkable. The staff was extra accommodating- Josef the concierge always went above and beyond with recommendations and attention to detail. Rooms are small, but that's to be expected in the city. Having nice Nespresso coffee in the room was wonderful.

Fantastic experience! Josef the concierge was so kind and helpful, gave perfect recommendations and his joy was contagious. We felt like a member of the family at this hotel, all the staff were generous and helpful, present but non-intrusive. Loved our drinks at the bar. The room was gorgeous with a great view of the street, wonderfully large windows that opened, perfect amenities and size, and comfortable bedding. Would absolutely stay here again if ever in Prague!!

I just spent 3 days at this fantastic hotel. First off the location is unbeatable, close enough to the old square to enjoy it easily but a block away so you don’t have to worry about the noise during events. The hotel staff were exceptional and so welcoming. Josef the manager will go the extra mile to make your stay special and feel like home. I can’t thank them enough for making my stay wonderful and I look forward to returning.
