Hotel is very dated and not upgraded in any respect. Mountain View is over a parking lot and a very busy road. Not worth the cost.

great location and nice

Overall our stay was good. The location is great. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The room needs some TLC. It was clean, but worn and outdated. The bed was firm but comfortable. The street noise is loud at times, and it starts early in the morning. We would stay there again because the location was great and it was more affordable than others in town.
4.0
Amazing view, accesible to shops and restaurants. Kind of small, no ice, nothing extra just the room
4.0
The room had great views and was conveniently located in the middle of tourist town. The bed was a bit hard for my liking. The bathroom needs updating.

At check-in, the guy seemed annoyed we were there to check in.
The room was a good location.
The bathroom is for people 5 feet or under: the shower head is very low, the toilet is only 12 inches off the ground...
The one thing a hotel can't mess up is the bed/rest experience and the bed was HORRIBLE. Old, lumpy, and hard. The pillows were old and way too worn in.
5.0
Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. Walking distance to everything in town, especially several good restaurants.
3.0
Surprised by how pleasant the motel is and the view is great. Fresh rooms with nice in-room amenities. At check-in we even were escorted to our room and had everything pointed out.
Only complaints would be a broken ice maker and too much of a cleaning fluid smell. The former is trivial and the later easily solved with a candle

We thought the bed was comfy and the room was really clean. We thought it was interesting that the the didn't said get one in office but they're was no ice machine.

It is at the center region of Sedona. Very close to the famous Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village, and a lot of nice restaurants.

This is a cute little motel type property in a quieter but central part of Sedona. I liked it. Had everything I needed and I would go back.

Good motel in the middle of town. Room seemed clean but there was a clump of hair in the bathtub, and dirty coffee cups. Other than that, it was totally fine.

Beautiful facility. Bed not comfy.

Great place to stay, very walkable to restaurants. Staff were very helpful, we loved the view from the end balcony as well. We would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion is for them to get new pillows for the bed.

Really great value in the heart of Sedona. Spacious comfortable and clean.
Would stay again for sure!

Hotel is in good location and plenty of shopping, eating are in walking distance. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was extremely hard, like sleeping on a board. A simple one inch mattress pad could help. No ice available and I read a review from four months ago where a guest said ice machine was broken. Four months later, it still is. Overall okay, overpriced but you’re paying for the location.

Best View in Sedona, Great little hotel. Right up the road from the shopping and arts district.

Everything went as planned. Called and asked for late arrival and they were accommodating. Only thing is our room phone didn’t work. Thank goodness for cellphones. Front desk gentleman was cordial and helpful. Bed was very very firm but still slept like a baby.

Nice place overall. Great location. An older hotel updated. The ice machine did not work and hasn't for over a year as we were informed. If that's an issue, find another place. The beds were comfy and the view of the rocks very nice. No breakfast served here but there are good places within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was super close to shopping. The views were amazing from our window. We loved the bright colors in the room. The bed was always comfortable after a day hiking. Overall we would definitely come bac the next time we are in the area

Great location, lovely views. Walking distance to uptown Sedona.

Wonderful place to stay if your looking for the Sedona experience. Very clean. Comfy bed. Walkable to town. It is clearly an older hotel that has been mostly updated. The few things that weren’t updated did not need to be because they were clean and functional. We only stayed one night but were very pleased with the cost and location. The pictures on the listing are consistent with the actual product.

The beds are amazing! They are the memory foam and super compfy. You can tell this is an older motel but they’ve redone it very nicely and and staff is amazing and accommodating. Loved how close it is to all the action and amazing views out the front with little searing areas. Works stay again

Very rude management and not helpful when asked information about area. Door to lobby usually locked.
Ice machine never worked, beds terribly worn.
3.0
The good. It is very conveniently located especially with the traffic around Sedona so heavy. You can walk everywhere.
Everything else. The accommodations were just ok. The room was small with small fridge and microwave. They spent more money on updating and modernizing the lobby building than the rooms. Would not stay there again.

An overnight in Sedona. Hotel was well located.

The rooms all have a strange slightly smoky odor, and the bed felt like sleeping on a giant stack of cardboard. Would not recommend

Booked for the views from the property, but was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was! Would definitely recommend! Easy to walk to shopping and to eat without worrying about paying for parking!
