The room, bedsheets and furniture were all clean and free of stains. The bathtub plug wasn’t working properly. During our day, it was quite the heat wave so we had to leave the balcony door open to enjoy some airflow.

An excellent hotel, we were sad that we weren't staying longer and plan to return. The hotel itself is beautiful, with historical pictures of Zakopane adding to the charm. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All members of staff we encountered on reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was good, with local specialities. The restaurant's menu features local dishes too and does have vegetarian options, which had otherwise been more difficult to find in Zakopane than in other parts of Poland.
The location is great with trees and a lovely lawn, just a short walk through a pretty park to the centre of Zakopane.

Good location, very close to walking street. Clean and spacious rooms, clean facilities, spacious parking area. Restaurant served great breakfast but also a very nice dinner, close to fine dining. In general, I think this should be rated as 4-star hotel rather than 3-star. Spa area we did not visit. Would definitely book this hotel again!
