very helpful personell. arrived later than check-in and it was not a problem to organise pick-up of key card by colleagues. stayed several times in that hotel and everybody always friendly! would always recommend again!

Great location near central market, Thomaskirche, Nikolaikirche, lots of bars/restaurants/cafes everywhere. Even shopping, if you must waste your vacation on that. Very good German breakfast buffet, with Brötchen, cheese and sandwich meats, as well as North American staples. AC had a little trouble coping with the uncharacteristic 35C heat wave. TV in room was flaky, with system resetting itself a couple times per hour.

We liked the central location, spacious room and large windows. We also enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby :)
