Fast check in, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly staff ( they don’t speak English).
My room with street view, it was noisy.
Very close to Izmir Optimum Shopping center.

The hotel was clean which is the most important standard during covid. The breakfast was okay, can’t be better when unforunately they can’t offer open buffet because of the pandemic. More importantly the staff were very nice and helpful; they were willing to assist to any situation. I had a nice view facing the green mountains of the Eagean. Would recommend.

The property was in ideal location, very clean and the staff were very helpful. They dealt will all my requests with speed and efficiency. I do feel that more items for tea in the room would have been useful.
I didn't like the fact that once we vacated the room we lost internet access straight away.
I would definitely be using this hotel again.
Staff are really nice as well.

Hotel is elegant and clean, but A/C in my room was not working during v hot day in summer, after i complained several times they moved me and my family to a small double room ( we were three).
When i asked if there is a refund for the difference in price between triple and double room they said no.
