Quiet and very safe.
Istanbul’s traffic is hell but the team at fairmont helped us get anywhere easily in comfort and arranged our boat trips and restaurants perfectly

What we didnt like about this property is that they let pets to swim in the swimming pool with other guets. That was a surprise for us since I havent seen such a behaviour in any hotel or public swimming pool.

Great hotel and room, but the hotel staff were just so nice and helpful. I mean every single person that we encountered was trying their best to make our experience great.

Overall, the room was very comfortable with a nice view and a great bathtub. The breakfast was OK (I expected more variety), and the service was so so--at breakfast, for example, it's hard to get the attention of the waiters if you are not siting close to the door (outside). The pool closes very early (at 6 pm), which was also a bit disappointing. Otherwise it was a quite relaxing stay and surprisingly quiet, given the busy neighborhood the hotel is located in.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. I also didn’t tell them it was my husbands birthday but they noticed on his passport at check in and sent us a happy birthday dessert! The amenities are very nice. The room is high tech. This hotel is a littler further out from the main tourist attractions but it was still easy to get to and from via taxi/Uber. The breakfast that was included wasn’t that great and had limited options I wouldn’t say it’s worth the up-charge to have breakfast included

Nothing for families and kids, clean and the service is okay .. they tried to charge us for extra stuff like extra valet and for adaptors when we actually used and left in the room they even tried to charge us for normal water from mini bar (the same water they give for free).. not nice when you stay for a week and paid over $400 a night ..they would only give you extra stuff when you tip them otherwise 2 coffee capsules and 2 bottles of water!! Overall not good if your going Istanbul with family..
