Beautiful property in a walkable neighborhood. I arrived late due to flight delays and the staff made it very easy for my late arrival. Friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was good and well maintained by the staff. The room we stay in was great, very clean and good views out the window. The air conditioning kept nice and cool during a few hot days in Philly.
The location of La Reserve on Pine was probably the best about the our stay.

This B&B is charming and cozy. The room was nice and spacious (and comes with robes!) and the adjoining bathroom was spotlessly maintained. The parlor is a cute, comfortable place to kill some time. Though I never saw anyone actually socializing there, it would be a cute place to do so.
The breakfast was fine, but I wasn't expecting some gourmet made-to-order food.
Note that there are no elevators (that I'm aware of) and the rooms are all higher than the first floor--indeed, the front door is atop a small flight of stairs.
Location is also excellent, on a quiet street but just a few easy blocks from great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
Would definitely look into staying here again on my next visit to Philly.
