Location was amazing and the space of our apartment was incredible but the lack of communication from staff wasn't something I am use to as a frequent traveler, there is no office they message you through WhatsApp for check in or any of your needs, a little strange for me but

We stayed here during our trip to obtain a U.S. visa. The location is perfect — the U.S. Consulate in Krakow is only about a 3-minute walk away.
We really enjoyed our stay: it was comfortable, convenient, and had a pleasant atmosphere. After receiving the wonderful news that our visa was approved, we decided to stay one more night. We were pleasantly surprised that the owners offered us a 10% discount for the additional night.
Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness! We definitely recommend this place ❤️

We have only downgraded the cleanliness to 3 stars because we did find 2 pairs of underpants on the top shelf inside the wardrobe. If they were not there we would have given 4 stars.
The apartment we found did suit our needs perfectly, and it was very central, good value for money and responsive staff via the telephone. Yes we would stay there again.

Great place to stay! In old downtown near Wawel castle. We would stay here again!
