Great stay, the apartment is in a good location and very clean. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with.

5 / 10

Our stay at Il Vicolo was a highlight of our trip - not only is this aparthotel located incredibly well, a stones throw from the river and right across from Verona Old Town, the place itself is incredible. It truly rivals some of the best lodgings we've had, including fine hotels. The apartment was clean and smartly planned, but beyond that, it was exquisitely designed. The building is old - an old family home, but it has been considerably restored to modernize it - while preserving the bones and the soul of the old building. Everywhere you look there are mindful little details - from soft and intentional lightning, to local artwork, to parts of the wall left bare to show a little piece of the past. The host, Mathia, was kind and welcoming - giving us an introduction to Verona, information about local stores and amenities, and tips for restaurants. He went above and beyond in making sure we felt at home. Needless to say, we will stay here again if we ever revisit Verona. If I could give a higher rating than 5/5 - I would.

From start to finish the whole experience was fautless, the listing is 100% accurate no outdated pictures here the facilities are perfect for a stay in the wonderful city of Verona and the apartment is in a quiet area of town but still only a very short walk into the city centre. Finally a big thank you to the host Mathia who obviously and rightly takes a huge amount of pride in his apartments he from our experience treats his customers more like friends than just another booking he is very helpful and provides valuable information as to the best ways to best use your time in the city my wife and i would thoroughly recommend these apartments to anyone and we cannot wait to revisit David 21/08/2026 stayed two nights August 2026

The apartment was excellent and Mathia was a brilliant host. Useful recommendations for restaurants and even had cushions to talk to the Arena for the opera! Highly recommend
