Very well-located hotel in the Cannaregio area, a charming and very local neighborhood of Venice. It is just steps from Vaporetto Line 1 and only about a 30-minute vaporetto ride to Piazza San Marco, making it easy to explore the city while staying away from the crowds.
I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with luggage as we were. Its proximity to the vaporetto stop means you can reach the hotel without having to cross any bridges, which is a huge advantage in Venice. The train station is also just one vaporetto stop away from the B&B, making arrivals and departures very convenient.
Laura was absolutely fantastic—so sweet, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfasts were outstanding, with a great selection and excellent quality. The air conditioning was also a huge plus during the heat wave we experienced. I highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Venice.

We had a wonderful stay Oct 11-14, 2026! Laura was welcoming, gracious, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was filling, delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend staying here and would return in a heart beat. We even had a view of the Grand Canal from our room! Thank You!
