Totally delightful stay with my family for my daughters Graduation!
The location is a gem, river views and everything within walking distance.
The house has everything you need, and having the extra bonus of parking in such a busy city took all the stress away.
Faultless communication from start to finish, this was my favourite stay in York so far! Thank you so much ❤️

Great place to stay in York.
Large apartment on the river with views clean very nice and kitchen has everything you may need.
Short walk to the shambles 2 minutes and city centre and every place you want to see easy 15 minute walk to the train station.
Fast free WiFi and bus stop just around the corner.
5 star, a must to stay that's for sure.

The house is in an excellent location, in the city centre, on the riverbank and yet not very noisy. Looking out of the windows towards the river is a pleasure in itself. It has very good parking right next to the house with a permit arranged by the owners.
The house is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishes and cooking utensils etc.,
The only drawback is that there are quite a few stairs so it might not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
We were 3 generations of one family and we spent a very enjoyable week there.
