The hotel were great at communication until they went home, arriving after reception hours we couldnt get hold of the out of hours caretaker, called hotels.com to help and eventually had to ask the restaurant to help find him. Once we found him he was great and was a big help.Room was spacious and they had made up the sofa bed for us in advance. The aircon was in the living room and not the large bedroom where it was needed. Good size balcony and kitchen had great facilties. TV didnt work much to disappointment of the kids.Restaurant was great, food and staff.Still cobwebs and spiders in the corners of the bathroom so not as clean as it originally looks, and i was bitten ten times on the leg (v large bites) by bugs in the night. We needed to check out early and no one was there at reception to help, so we left the keys on the desk and left.

We booked the hotel in a first instance because it showed in the website with a pool, but when we got there around 17h30, it was already closed, until 14h the next day. It was a bit of deception for the kids... However, the people at the reception was really helpful and willing to help us! The apartment was clean and with everything to have a good stay.
