Beautiful property with comfortable amenities and the food is great at the restaurant.

Rooms in the ‘bastide’ are functional rather than pretty, but the room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom more than adequate and the living area had a fridge. We were sold the room as a “Junior Suite (Prestige)”. To an English ear, I think that made it sound like something it was not, but it was far from the worst value for money on our 3 week French road trip ! Being resident on the Domaine was great for making the most of the restaurant (excellent food and service) and the wine (order the 2021 Bandol Rosé and the 2020 Bandol Rouge); and the location (just outside Le Beausset) was perfect for visiting other local wineries, Le Castellet, Cassis, Sanary, La Ciotat and Bandol. Staff were universally friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the pool and the terrain de pétanque as spaces for relaxation. Be warned: the Domaine is on a steep hillside, so if you are in a room at the bottom of the hill (as we were), you may find yourselves driving up to the restaurant!
