It wasn’t terrible…just expect things to be clean. Inside of fridge was had sticky goo, room was dusty and you can only turn right out of property.

I was given a room that was not handicapped which I had booked. Then after being there an hour a person walked into my room saying she was given a key for the room I was in. Because of this my room keys no longer worked. The next day I returned to the hotel after being out for only a few hours and my room keys again did not work. I was then a bit paranoid for the rest of my stay because the end of the hallway that I was on was quite noisy which made my door rattle quite a bit.

Comfort Suites is always my first pick. It is clean, safe,- beds are comfortable, great friendly service with a HOT breakfast!

It was less expensive and relatively close to the Lancaster attractions. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were also nice

Found comfort inn while doing a short weekend trip with the family in Lancaster. Daughter loved every second of the hotel. The indoor pool she had to herself, the breakfast she thought was great. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Overall positive experience. However, our first room was by the vending machines and the hum coming through the wall kept us from sleeping well one night. We asked to be moved and were accomodated. Bathrooms need two things for better safety. The bottom of the tub is slippery and there are no grab bars or handles anchored to the wall to steady oneself. Toilet paper roll could be better located, quite a backhanded reach as is and roll falls off the holder.

I was hoping for bottles of soap and shampoo in the bathtub like they have in the Gettysburg Comfort Inn. That would have been nice. But I had a very good stay here.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room was large and roomy. The breakfast was convenient, clean. I loved the swimming pool for my physical therapy.

Our room was clean once we finally got to it. We were assigned to a room that somebody else was already in and it took quite some time to get things situated and give us a different room, not what I was hoping for after a long day of driving and a late night arrival. Breakfast was just the ultra processed packaged products with some bagels and make your own waffles. Nothing I was interested in.

I was under the impression that the bed would be in an area by itself with a separate sitting area with a sofa. Was not the case. No sitting area and no sofa where I was planning on sleeping. Asked at desk and there were no empty rooms with sofa. I asked about ottoman for chair since my legs were swollen. Person at desk carried one from lobby to my room. Did not sleep well, but better than nothing. Sister-in-law slept well on the bed. Shape my hip does not do well on a bed.

The place was clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was OK - just the same thing each day - but there were choices and it was food to get your day started.
It is on a busy, truck traveled road - we requested a quiet room on the back and the road noise was not an issue then.
I would definitely stay here again!

I liked the night desk person;
even though he offered help for any problems, I did not ask him to explain how to close the shade or to replace the empty tissue box.
I did not like that there was no hot chocolate option at the free breakfast..

We stayed for 2 nights. We were surprised that housekeeping did not come. We were told they didn't clean the rooms every day. I didn't hear that when we came. Room was on the side next to the highway. Very noisy.

We usually stay closer to Quarryville (more near Lancaster). This was a little out of our way but it was a lot less crowded and we did not have to wait for dining at a local restaurant.
